نقش رفتار مدني تحصيلي در خوش بيني تحصيلي دانشجويان: آزمون نقش هوش اخلاقي

The Role of Education Civic Behavior in Student Academic Optimism: Testing the Role of Moral Intelligence

هدف از پژوهش بررسي تاثير رفتار مدني تحصيلي در خوش بيني تحصيلي با ميانجيگري هوش اخلاقي در بين دانشجويان كارشناسي دانشگاه بوعلي سينا بود.جامعه آماري شامل كليه دانشجويان دوره كارشناسي به حجم 8000 نفر بود كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي ساده تعداد 367 نفر انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع مطالعات همبستگي و مدل يابي معادلات ساختاري بود. ابزارگردآوري داده هاي پژوهش سه پرسشنامه رفتار مدني تحصيلي از گل پرور(1389)،هوش اخلاقي از لينك وكيل(2008) و پرسشنامه خوش بيني تحصيلي از اسچننموران و همكاران (2013)بود.روايي پرسشنامه ها بااستفاده ازروايي محتوايي و صوري موردتاييد قرارگرفت. پايايي آن نيز ازطريق ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 77/0، 89/0 و 93/0بدست آمد.جهت تجزيه و تحليل داده ها علاوه بر آماره توصيفي از تكنيك هاي آماري همچون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون، تحليل مسير تاييدي و مدل معادلات ساختاري به كمك نرم افزارهاي آماريSPSS v. 25 و LISREL8.8 استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد متغير رفتار مدني تحصيلي داراي اثرمستقيم مثبت(55/0)، اثر غيرمستقيم مثبت (126/0) و اثر كل مثبت (67/0)و معنادار بر متغير خوش بيني تحصيلي در سطح05/0 است. هوش اخلاقي داراي اثرمستقيم مثبت (23/0) و اثر كل مثبت (23/0) و رابطه معنادار با متغير خوشي بيني تحصيلي در سطح 05/0 دارد. همچنين متغيرهاي رفتار مدني تحصيلي و هوش اخلاقي پژوهش قادر به تببين44% واريانس متغيرخوشبيني تحصيلي مي باشند. و اين بدين معني است كه بين رفتارمدني تحصيلي و هوش اخلاقي با خوش بيني تحصيلي همبستگي وجوددارد و در حقيقت نتيجه كلي اينست كه رفتار مدني تحصيلي و هوش اخلاقي اثر مثبت، مستقيم و معنادار بر خوش بيني تحصيلي دارند.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of academic civic behavior on academic optimism with the mediation of moral intelligence among all of the undergraduate students of Bu Ali Sina University.The statistical population included all undergraduate students of 8000 people who were selected by Georgian and Morgan table and 367 people were selected by simple random sampling method.The research method was descriptive of correlational studies and structural equation modeling.A questionnaire was used to collect data which included the Civic Academic Behavior Questionnaire by Golparvar (2010), the Moral Intelligence by Lennick & Kiel (2008) and the Academic Optimism Schannen-moran & et al(2013).Confirmed validity and reliability were also calculated with Cronbach’s alpha Which was obtained 0.77, 0.89 and 0.93, respectively.In addition to descriptive statistics, statistical techniques such as Pearson correlation coefficient, confirmation path analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS v. Statistical software were used to analyze the data. 25 and LISREL8.8.The results showed,the variable of civic behavior-education has a positive direct effect(0/55),Positive indirect effect (0/126) and the totally positive effect (0/67) and it has a significant effect on the educational optimism variable at the level of 0/05.Moral intelligence has a direct positive effect (0/23) and the totally positive effect (0/23) and meaningful relationship on the academic Optimism variable at the level of 0/05.Also, the variables of educational civic behavior and moral intelligence are able to explain 44% of the variance of academic optimism.The overall result was that,the research model was valid and all research hypotheses have been confirmed.
