چكيده فارسي :
روابط روسيه و آمريكا يكي از جذاب‌ترين موضوعات براي پژوهشگران حوزه روابط بين‌‌الملل محسوب مي‌شود. در دوره رياست جمهوري دونالد ترامپ اين روابط از نوسانات پيچيده‌اي برخوردار شده است. بخشي از اين پيچيدگي به رقابتهاي راهبردي دو كشور و بخشي ديگر به كنش‌هاي همكاري‌جويانه تاكتيكي آن‌ها مربوط مي‌شود. بر اين اساس مقاله حاضر درصدد پاسخگويي به اين سؤال است كه مهم‌ترين تعارضات روسيه و آمريكا در دوره رياست جمهوري دونالد ترامپ چه مواردي است؟ يافته‌هاي مقاله نشان مي‌دهد كه در سه سطح دوجانبه، منطقه‌اي و بين‌المللي مي‌توان تعارضات دو كشور را در مقطع مذكور دسته‌بندي كرد. از جمله محل‌هاي منازعه مي‌توان به موازنه هسته‌اي، اختلافات تجاري، تحريم‌ها در سطوح بين‌المللي، گسترش ناتو به شرق، دخالت در امور داخلي يكديگر، مسئله اوكراين و سوريه اشاره كرد. در اين مقاله پژوهشي به روش «توصيفي- تحليلي» و با استفاده از بررسي راهبردها، اسناد امنيتي منتشر شده و همچنين تجزيه و تحليل تصميمات تقابلي متصديان حوزه‌هاي مختلف دو كشور، مؤلفه‌هاي رفتار راهبردي مؤثر بر گسترش اختلافات دوسويه، تبيين مي‌شود.
چكيده لاتين :
researchers in the International Relations. During the presidency of Donald Trump, these relations have complicated fluctuations. Part of this complexity relates to the strategic rivalry between the two countries and partly to their tactical collaborative actions. Accordingly, the question of this article is that, what are the most significant conflicts between Russia and the United States during the presidency of Donald Trump? The findings of the paper show that conflicts between the two countries at that period can be categorized at the three levels of bilateral, regional and international. In this regard, some of the potential conflicts that can be mentioned are; nuclear balance, trade disputes, sanctions in international levels, NATO's eastward expansion, intervention in each other domestic issues, the issues of Ukraine and Syria. Using "descriptive-analytical" method, and reviewing strategies and security documents, and also analyzing the opposite decisions of decision-makers in different sects of two countries, the components of influencing strategic behavior on the expansion of bilateral disputes are explained.
