نقش ديپلماسي رسانه‌اي برون‌مرزي در تحكيم جايگاه منطقه‌اي ايران

The Role of World Service Media Diplomacy in Consolidation the Regional Status of Islamic Republic of Iran

پيشرفت ­هاي علمي و فنآورانه علاوه بر تأثير مستقيم بر عرصه ارتباطات و رسانه، به‌طور غيرمستقيم بر روابط بين‌الملل و ديپلماسي اثر گذاشته‌اند. آن‌گونه كه امروزه شاهد نقش شگرف ديپلماسي رسانه‌اي و قدرت نرم در تغيير جايگاه و نسبت دولت‌هاي ملي در مناطق مختلف جهان هستيم. جمهوري اسلامي ايران نيز از اين قاعده مستثني نيست و جايگاه منطقه‌اي ايران بر اساس نوع و ميزان بهره‌گيري از مؤلفه‌هاي مختلفي از جمله ديپلماسي رسانه‌اي قابل ارزيابي است. در اين مقاله تلاش شده است تا بر اساس مباحث ديپلماسي رسانه‌اي به بررسي تأثير شبكه‌هاي برون‌مرزي صداوسيما بر جايگاه منطقه‌اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در چهارمين دهه از انقلاب شكوهمند اسلامي پرداخته شود. يافته‌هاي مقاله نشان مي‌دهند كه شبكه‌هاي برون‌مرزي صداوسيما بر اساس الگوي بازتاب واقعي درباره مهم‌ترين وقايع منطقه جنوب غربي آسيا از جمله فعاليت ­هاي صلح‌آميز هسته‌اي، جنايات رژيم صهيونيستي در فلسطين، تحولات سوريه، عراق و بحرين و تجاوز نظامي عربستان سعودي به يمن توانسته‌اند ضمن تبيين گفتمان انقلاب اسلامي، افكار عمومي جهان را متوجه موانع رياكارانه رسانه ­هاي غربي نمايند. به ­طوري­كه افزايش تاثيرگذاري و ضريب نفوذ رسانه­ هاي برون­مرزي در جوامع هدف و نقش آنها در تحكيم جايگاه منطقه‌اي جمهوري اسلامي ايران، از سوي انديشكده­ ها و مراكز تحقيقاتي معتبر غربي مانند رند نيز اذعان گرديده است.

Adding to direct effects on the scope of communications and media, the scientific and technological progresses have also an indirect influence on the international relations and diplomacy. As nowadays, we witness the wonderful role of media diplomacy and soft power in changing the place of nation- states and their proportion in different regions in the world. The Islamic Republic of Iran also is not an exception from this rule and the Iran's regional status is measurable based on the kind and the amount of utilizing different elements including; media diplomacy. This paper attempts to study the influence of IRIB World Services' networks on the regional status of Iran in the fourth decade of glorious Islamic Revolution. The findings show that the IRIB World Services' networks according to the pattern of real representation about the most important incidents in southwest Asia such as peaceful nuclear activities, the Zionist regime crimes in Palestine, developments in Syria, Iraq and Bahrain as well as Saudi Arabia's aggression in Yemen have been able to make the world public opinion aware of the hypocritical stance of western media. In a way that, western valid research institutions and think thanks such as RAND have confessed to the increasing of IRIB World Service media's effectivity and coefficient of influence in target communities and their role in consolidation of Iran's regional status.
