فراهم آوري و ارزيابي اثربخشي دستنامۀ توانگر سازي مشاورين طلاق بر پايۀ آسيب شناسي مشاوره هاي طلاق در سازش درخواست‌كنندگان طلاق

Developing and Evaluating the Effectiveness of the Handbooks for Empowering Divorce Counselors Based on the Divorce Counseling Pathology in Divorce Applicants’ Compromising

با افزايش طلاق و پيامدهاي منفي بسيار آن، در سال­هاي اخير طرح مشاوره طلاق اجباري از سوي دادگستري و با همكاري سازمان بهزيستي براي كاهش تراز طلاق اجرا مي­شود؛ ولي اثربخشي مشاوره­ها در افزايش سازش ميان زوجين درخواست‌كننده طلاق در حد انتظار نبوده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف فراهم آوري بسته­ي آموزشي براي مشاورين در راستاي افزايش آمار سازش درخواست‌كنندگان طلاق بر پايهٔ آسيب­­شناسي مشاوره­هاي طلاق به صورت آميخته انجام گرفت. در بخش كيفي از راهبرد پديدارشناسي و در بخش كمي از طرح نيمه آزمايشي استفاده شد. جامعه پژوهش در بخش كيفي براي آسيب­شناسي مشاوره­هاي طلاق، 15 مشاور مجري طرح مشاوره طلاق اجباري در استان زنجان بودند كه پس از 9 مصاحبه اشباع مقوله­ها حاصل شد. نمونه پژوهش براي تدوين بسته­ي آموزشي متخصصان حوزه طلاق بودند كه پس از 8 مصاحبه اشباع مقوله­ها حاصل شد. تحليل داده­ها با نرم‌افزار maxqda نشان داد كه مشاوره­هاي طلاق با هفت آسيب جدي «ضعف در مصاحبه تشخيصي، خانواده­درماني، زوج­درماني، درمان مراجعان دشوار، سكس­تراپي، مديريت هيجانات و مصاحبه انگيزشي، و خيانت زناشويي» مواجه بودند. نتايج تحليل واريانس يك‌طرفه با اندازه­گيري چندباره نشان داد بسته آموزشي تدوين‌شده براي زدايش اين آسيب­ها مشاورين را توانمند نمود و سازش ميان درخواست‌كنندگان طلاق به گونه معناداري افزايش يافت. بنابراين مي­توان نتيجه گرفت ضعف اطلاعات حرفه­اي و علمي مشاورين، فرايند مشاوره طلاق را تحت تاثير قرارمي­دهد بسته آموزشي طراحي­شده قادر به زدايش اين آسيب­هاست و بهزيستي با آموزش مشاورين طبق اين بسته آموزشي مي­تواند در توانمندسازي مشاورين اقدام نمايد. كليدواژه‌ها

In recent years, with the increase in divorce, the plan of obligatory divorce counseling implemented by the judiciary and in cooperation with the Welfare Organization to reduce the divorce rate. However, the effectiveness of these counseling has not been as expected. The current study aimed to develop an instructive package for counselors to increase the statistics of divorce applicants’ compromise based on the pathology of divorce counseling in a mixed manner. In the qualitative section, phenomenological strategies used and semi-experimental design used in the quantitative section. The population in the qualitative section for the pathology of divorce counseling was 15 counselors implementing the obligatory divorce-counseling project in the Zanjan province. After nine interviews with them, a saturation of categories obtained. Research compiled for an educational package was divorce experts that after eight interviews with them, a saturation of categories obtained. Data analysis using MAXQDA software showed that divorce counseling faced seven serious problems: “weakness in diagnostic interviews, family therapy, couple therapy, treatment of difficult clients, sex therapy, emotion management and motivational interviews, and marital infidelity.” The results from repeated – measures ANOVA showed that the instructive package developed empowered counselors and the compromise between divorce applicants increased significantly. It is concluded that counselors’ lack of professional and scientific information affects the divorce counseling process, the Designed-training package can repair these injuries and the Welfare organization-training counselors according to this package can take actions to empower counselors.
