شناسايي قابليت‌هاي اشتغال‌پذيري دانش آموختگان تربيت بدني با استفاده از رويكرد داده بنياد

The Employability Capabilities of the Graduates of the Universities Based on Grounded Theory

هدف اين پژوهش بررسي و شناسايي قابليت­هاي اشتغال‌پذيري دانش‌آموختگان تربيت بدني است. روش پژوهش برخاسته از نظريه داده بنياد براي تبيين و تحليل يافته هاي حاصل از مصاحبه­ هاي اكتشافي بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه اين پژوهش اعضاي هيأت علمي، دانشجويان و دانش آموختگان كارشناسي ارشد و دكتري و كارافرينان ورزشي كه در اين زمينه صاحبنظر بودند. روش نمونه گيري نمونه­ گيري هدفمند و گلوله برفي بود. ابزار گردآوري يافته ها از طريق مصاحبه نيمه سازمان يافته بود. در تحليل يافته ­ها از تحليل محتوا و احصاء مضامين در مراحل كدگذاري باز، محوري و انتخابي استفاده گرديد. با استناد به ادبيات پژوهش و يافته­ هاي اكتشافي قابليت ­هاي اشتغال­ پذيري دانش آموختگان تربيت بدني به عنوان پديده محوري بود. بر اساس بررسي به عمل آمده اشتغال پذيري سازه­اي چند بخشي است كه متاثر از مجموعه ­اي از عوامل زمينه­ اي، شرايط مداخله گر، خصوصيات و قابليت­ها، شرايط علي، راهبرد و پيامدهايي است و در دنياي كنوني در صورتي كه دانش آموختگان به اين مهارت­ مجهز نشوند، موفّق به يافتن شغل نخواهند شد. بنابر اين بهسازي منابع انساني دانشگاه، بازبيني كتب درسي، تقويت كارآفريني، آموزش­هاي مهارتي متناسب با نياز بازار كار، ارتقــاي توانمندي­هاي مهارت­هاي شغلي و حرفــه ­اي دانش آموختگان و ارتقــاي كمي و كيفي رويدادهاي مرتبط بــا اشتغال مي­توانند در اشتغال پذيري دانش آموختگان تربيت بدني و علوم ورزشي كمك كننده باشد.

This study aimed to investigate and identify the employability capabilities of the graduates of the Physical education. The research method was derived from grounded Theory for explaining and analyzing findings from exploratory interviews. The study population was the professors, students, masters and PhD graduates and sports entrepreneurs who were well-known in this field. The sampling method was a combination of purposeful sampling and snowball. The research tool included an open source interview. In the data analysis phase, the content analysis and counts of the themes were employed in open, axial and selective coding stages. Referring to the literature and exploration, employability of the graduates as a pivotal phenomenon. Results showed that employability is multi-faceted conception that has a set of context conditions, intervening conditions, features, and capabilities, causal conditions, strategies and consequences and in today's world, if graduates do not equip with the employability skills to find employment don’t success. Optimizing human resource, textbook reviews, strengthening entrepreneurship among students, skills training proportionate to the labor market needs, improving job and professional skills quantitative and qualitative improvement of employment-related events they can help the employment of physical education and sports science graduates.
