ارزيابي و تحليل نيازهاي آموزشي توتون كاران با استفاده از مدل بوريچ (مورد:استان‌هاي مازندران و گلستان)

Evaluation and analysis of educational needs of tobacco farmer With using the Bourij model (Case study: Mazandaran and Golestan provinces)

شناخت و تحليل نيازهاي آموزشي پيش نياز يك سيستم آموزشي موفق است. نيازسنجي آموزشي توتون‌كاران اولين گام جهت استفاده بهينه از ظرفيت‌هاي آموزشي شركت دخانيات به منظور ارتقا دانش و مهارت‌هاي آنان مي‌باشد. اين تحقيق به سنجش و اولويت‌بندي نيازهاي آموزشي توتون‌كاران پرداخته است. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل2770 توتونكار است كه 175 نفر از آن ها با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعيين گرديد. ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه‌اي كه بر اساس مدل بوريچ براي سنجش نياز آموزشي تنظيم شده است. روايي پرسشنامه با نظر خواهي از تعدادي از كارشناسان و اعضاء هيات علمي مورد تائيد قرار گرفت. روايي تشخيصي و پايايي تركيبي ابزار تحقيق با برآورد مدل اندازه گيري و پس از اعمال نظرهاي فني تامين شد. آماره‌هاي مورد استفاده براي سنجش عوامل تاثيرگذار در نيازهاي آموزشي شامل فراواني، ميانگين، آزمون من وايت ني، آزمون كروسكال واليس و ضريب همبستگي بود. نتايج تحقيق نشان داد آشنايي با ماشين نشاءكار، آشنايي با ماشين دوخت، آشنايي با ضد عفوني خاك و كود خزانه، آشنايي با درجات مختلف توتون، آگاهي از نحوه استفاده از علف‌كش‌ها از بيشترين اولويت آموزشي برخوردار بوده‌اند. همچنين نتايج تحقيق نشان داد، سطح نياز آموزشي توتون‌كاران تحت تاثير شركت در آموزش‌هاي قبلي، ارقام توتون و چگونگي بهره‌گيري از روش هاي مختلف ترويجي دارد.

Understanding and analyzing educational needs is a prerequisite for a successful educational system. The first step to optimally use the training capacity of the tobacco company is to measure the educational needs of tobacco farmer in order to enhance their knowledge and skills. The main purpose of this research was to measure and prioritize the educational needs of the staff.
The statistical population of research consisted of 1432 tobacco farmar. In This causal-correlation study according to morgan table, sample size obtained 175 person (n= 175) which were accessed through random stratified sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire that organize based borij model. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of faculty members and experts. Construct validity (AVE) and composite reliability (CR) of the research instrument were tested by estimating the measurement model and sustained after making necessary corrections. The data were processed using SPSSwin20. Research findings showed that use of semi-modern flue cured, recognition with different degrees of purchase, recognition with sewing machine, ability to use agricultural machinery, use of leteral buds controller solutions and recognition with correct poison spraying principles were the most educational priority. Also, the results showed that The tobacco educator's level of education is influenced by the company's previous education, tobacco varieties, and the use of various extensional methods.
