ارزيابي آثار احداث سامانه ريلي درون‌شهري بر كيفيت محيط شهري

Evaluation of the Effects of Construction of Intra-Urban Rail System on the Quality of Urban Environment with Structural Equation Modeling Approach Case Study: Line 1 of Shiraz Urban Train

حمل‌ونقل درون­شهري يكي از عناصر اصلي سامانه شهري است كه دسترسي شهروندان را به كاربري­ها و موقعيت­هاي مختلف شهر مهيا مي­سازد. از ديدگاه مهندسان ترافيك، قطار شهري به‌عنوان نوعي از حمل‌ونقل شهري در اولويت درجه يك راه‌كارهاي بهبود وضعيت تردد و كاهش تأخيرات محسوب مي­شود كه مي­تواند تأثيرات مثبت و منفي بر محيط شهري و شاخص­هاي تعيين‌كننده كيفيت آن داشته باشد. در همين راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي آثار احداث سامانه ريلي درون‌شهري (خط يك) بر كيفيت محيط شهر شيراز انجام شده است. اين پژوهش از نظر هدف، كاربردي و از نظر روش‌هاي گردآوري داده‌هاي كمي، توصيفي-تحليلي است. شيوه گردآوري داده­ها مبتني بر مطالعات كتابخانه­اي- اسنادي و ميداني است كه در بخش ميداني از ابزار پرسش‌نامه بهره گرفته شده است. جامعه آماري پژوهش، كليه استفاده‌كنندگان از متروي شهري شهر شيراز بوده‌اند كه حجم نمونه 150 نفر تعيين شده است. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان مي­دهد احداث قطار شهري منجر به آسايش اجتماعي و رواني، افزايش ايمني و امنيت، افزايش سرعت جابه‌جايي مسافران، افزايش ظرفيت جابه‌جايي مسافر و افزايش عدالت اجتماعي، كاهش هزينه سفر، افزايش اعتماد به انجام فعاليت­هاي تجاري، كاهش آلودگي هوا، كاهش آلودگي صوتي و كاهش استفاده از انرژي، دسترسي آسان، اثرات كاربري و اشغال زمين در محدوده مورد مطالعه شده است.

Intra-city transportation is one of the main elements of the urban system that provides citizens with access to various uses and situations in the city.From the point of view of traffic engineers, urban trains, as a type of urban transportation,are considered as a first-class priority in improving traffic conditions and reducing delays,which can have positive and negative effects on the urban environment and its quality determinants.Be In this regard, the present study has been conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of the construction of intra-city rail system on the quality of the environment of Shiraz city.This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive-analytical method.The data collection method is based on library-documentary and field studies that use a questionnaire tool in the field section.The statistical population of the study is all users of Shiraz metro, which is a sample size of 150 people.Finally, structural equation modeling has been used to analyze the collected data.The results of the research show that the construction of urban trains leads to social and psychological comfort, increase safety and security, increase the speed of passenger movement, increase Travel capacity and increased social justice, reduced travel costs, increased confidence in business activities, reduced air pollution,reduced noise pollution and reduced energy use,easy access,land use and land use in the study area.
