تحليل ويژگيهاي جنگ اطلاعاتي- ارتباطي غرب بر عليه روسيه در گفتمان آكادميك ايدئولوگهاي روسي

An Analysis of the characteristics of Western information-communication war against Russia in the academic discourse of Russian Ideologists

اين مقاله بر مبناي روش واكاوي توصيفي و پژوهش انگاري تحليلي روي جنبه هاي ارتباطي – اطلاعاتي تنش هاي ژئوپليتيكي تمركز كرده و به همين منظور مورد روسيه را در زمينۀ جنگ اطلاعاتي انتخاب مي كند. سوال اساسي اين مقاله اين است كه غرب چگونه و از طريق چه ابزارهايي روس هراسي را در گفتمان آكادميك علوم اجتماعي روسي و غير روسي گسترش داده است؟ بستر تحليلي اين مقاله نظريات برخي از ايدئولوگ ها و انديشمندان روسي است و فرضيه اساسي اين مقاله اين است كه غرب از طريق شش حوزۀ موضوعي – روايت محور توانسته است جنگ اطلاعاتي موفقي را بر عليه روسيه مديريت كند و از اين طريق روس هراسي را در فضاي آكادميك گسترش دهد. هدف اساسي اين مقاله تجزيه و تحليل روايت ها و نزاع هاي اطلاعاتي و ايدئولوژيك غرب بر عليه روسيه در گفتمان آكادميكي اين كشور بر مبناي روايتهاي متضاد و پارادكس هاي ايدئولوژيكي - ژئوپليتيكي است. بر همين اساس در گفتمان نخبگان و ايدئولوگ هاي روسي، روسيه در اكثر مواقع قرباني اصلي غرب در جنگ اطلاعاتي- رسانه اي بوده است و بر همين مبنا امروزه نيز روسيه سعي مي كند تا با طراحي يك نگاه و روايت جديد ايدئولوژيك و گسترش نفوذ رسانه اي – اطلاعات محور در برابر ايالات متحده، به مقابله به مثل و موازنه با غرب بپردازد، هر چند توان و ظرفيت روسيه در اين زمينه در برابر غرب محدود بوده است.

This research based on a descriptive analysis method, focuses on the ICT aspects of geopolitical tensions and therefore selects the Russian case in the field of information warfare. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the information and ideological tensions of the West against Russia in the academic discourse of Russia on the basis of conflicting narratives and ideological-geopolitical paradoxes.The main question of this article is how and through what tools the West has spread Russian phobia in the academic discourse of Russian and non-Russian social sciences? The analytical background of this paper is the views of some Russian ideologists and thinkers, and the main hypothesis of this research is that the West has managed a successful information war against Russia through six thematic-narrative areas. Accordingly, in the discourse of Russian elites and ideologists, Russia has been, in most cases, the main victim of the West in the information-media war and on this basis, Russia today is also trying to counterbalance with West by designing a new ideological narrative and expanding media influence - information-centric against the United States, though Russia's power and capacity in this field is limited against the West.
