چكيده فارسي :
در مكتب اسلام، بر تعاون و همكاري داوطلبانه، تاكيد فراوان شده است كه يكي از نقش‌ها و كاركردهاي اساسي آن، همياري شهروندان و نظام سياسي در حل بحران‌ها است. اين نوشته، به بررسي نقش تعاون سياسي-اجتماعي در رويارويي با بحران‌ها از منظر اخلاق اسلامي مي‌نگرد. در فرضيه بر اين امر تاكيد شده است كه نقش اصل اخلاقي تعاون سياسي-اجتماعي را مي‌توان در اموري مانند شفقت به شهروندان، افزايش همبستگي، احساس برادري، گشايش‌گري در بحران‌ها، گسترش روحيۀ مسئوليت‌شناسي و مسئوليت‌پذيري و همكاري شهروندان و دولت اسلامي در دستيابي به عدالت اجتماعي جستجو كرد. اين امر با بهره از روش فهم موضوعي استخراجي بر اساس چهار محور «واژگان مستقيم» تعاون، «واژگان ضمني و التزامي»، «دلالت‌هاي سياقي و معنايي-مفهومي» و «مفاهيم مخالف» انجام شده كه به فهم شبكۀ معنايي و همه‌جانبۀ تعاون سياسي-اجتماعي به عنوان يكي از مفاهيم عمده در اخلاق سياسي اسلامي ياري مي‌‌رساند، امري كه تا كنون كمتر مورد توجه بوده است.
چكيده لاتين :
In the school of Islam, there is a strong emphasis on cooperation and voluntary cooperation, one of the basic plans and functions of which is the cooperation of citizens and the political system in resolving crises. This article examines the role of socio-political cooperation in dealing with crises from the perspective of Islamic ethics. The hypothesis emphasizes that the role of the ethical principle of socio-political cooperation can be played on issues such as compassion for citizens, increased solidarity, a sense of brotherhood, openness to crises, a spirit of responsibility and accountability. He sought the cooperation of citizens and the Islamic State in achieving social justice. This was done using the method of thematic understanding of the extraction based on the four axes of direct vocabulary of cooperation, implicit and obligatory vocabulary, contextual and semantic-conceptual implications and opposing concepts to understand the semantic network and all The socio-political cooperation aspect helps as one of the main concepts in Islamic political ethics, which has been less considered so far.
