چكيده فارسي :
نقش و جايگاه زنان در فرآيند توسعه هر جامعه، موضوع انكارناپذيري است كه در راستاي دستيابي به آن در قدم اول بايد هر جامعه سياست ها و برنامه هايي در سطوح تئوريك و اجرايي به منظور توانمندسازي زنان داشته باشد؛ چرا كه زنان هنگامي مي توانند در توسعه جامعه مؤثر باشند كه توانمند باشند. بر همين اساس تحقيق حاضر با تحليل توسعه اجتماعي زنان بر مبناي توانمندسازي پايدار آنان، به روش كيفي انجام گرفته است. جامعه مورد مطالعه زنان بالاي 20سال شهرستان بروجرد، نمونه گيري هدفمند به تعداد 24 نفر تا زمان اشباع نظري، روش گردآوري داده ها، مصاحبه عميق و روش تجزيه و تحليل داده ها، تحليل تماتيك بوده است كه بدين منظور از نرم افزار Nvivo استفاده شده است. همچنين دستيابي به اعتبار تحقيق از طريق روش اعتبار عضو، و پايايي از طريق حسابرسي فرآيند تحقيق توسط صاحب نظران حاصل شده است. بر اساس يافته هاي تحقيق، توسعه اجتماعي زنان مستلزم مهيا نمودن زيرساخت هاي نظري و عملي توسعه عدالت محور و «توانمندسازي پايدار» آنان است بدين معنا كه توانمندسازي زنان هم غيرمقطعي و تداومي باشد و هم در همه ابعاد صورت پذيرد كه اين ابعاد عبارتند از: 1)توانمندي جسمي، 2)توانمندي رواني، 3)توانمندي اقتصادي، 4)توانمندي اجتماعي، 5)توانمندي سياسي، 6)توانمندي فرهنگي و 7)توانمندي حقوقي. در نتيجه اگر خواهان توسعه جامعه هستيم، بايد با توانمندسازي پايدار زنان به عنوان نيمي از شهروندان جامعه، شرايط توسعه اجتماعي آنان را فراهم سازيم.

The role and position of women in the development process of any society is an undeniable issue that in order to achieve it, in the first step, every society must have policies and programs at the theoretical and executive levels in order to empower women; because women can be effective in the development of society when they are empowered. Accordingly, the present study has been conducted qualitatively by analyzing the social development of women based on their sustainable empowerment. The study population was women over 20 years old in Boroujerd city. Targeted sampling of 24 people until theoretical saturation, data collection method, in-depth interview and data analysis method was thematic analysis. Nvivo software is used. Also, the validity of the research has been achieved through the member validity method, and the reliability has been achieved through the audit of the research process by experts. According to the research findings, women's social development requires the provision of theoretical and practical infrastructures for their justice-oriented development and "sustainable empowerment", meaning that women's empowerment is both uninterrupted and continuous and takes place in all dimensions. These are: 1) physical empowerment, 2) psychological empowerment, 3) economic empowerment, 4) social empowerment, 5) political empowerment, 6) cultural empowerment, and 7) legal empowerment. As a result, if we want the development of society, we must provide the conditions for their social development by sustainable empowerment of women as half of the citizens of society.
