بررسي نقش امنيت اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و كالبدي در بازآفريني شهري (مطالعه موردي: شهر كاشان)

Investigating the Role of Economic, Social, Cultural and Physical Security in Urban Regeneration (Case Study: Kashan City)

زمينه و هدف: در روند بازآفريني شهري بايد متغيرهاي مختلفي مدنظر قرار گيرد و اثرات مختلف آن ها در اين فرايند مورد ارزيابي قرار گيرد كه يكي از مهم ترين آن ها بحث امنيت و تثبيت آن مي باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسي نقش امنيت اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و كالبدي در بازآفريني شهري در شهر كاشان مي باشد. اين پژوهش را مي توان يك نوع پژوهش كاربردي – توسعه اي دانست. روش تحقيق: روش مطالعه توصيفي- تحليلي است. جامعه آماري مورد پژوهش در اين تحقيق شامل ساكنان شهر كاشان بر اساس سرشماري سال 1395 بوده و محدوده آماري كل منطقه در بردارنده شهر كاشان مي باشد. تعداد جامعه آماري برابر با (364٬482) در نظر گرفته شده اند. تعداد نمونه برابر 384 نفر بر اساس فرمول كوكران تعيين شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه 59 سوالي دو بخش امنيت با 4 زيرمجموعه(اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و كالبدي) و باز آفريني شهري و به ترتيب با تعداد سوالات 40 و 19 سوال، تهيه شده است. روايي پرسشنامه به صورت صوري و محتوايي بوده است و پايايي آن نيز بر اساس آلفاي كرونباخ به ميزان 83/0 مورد تاييد واقع شده است. داده هاي گردآوري شده بر اساس تحليل معادلات ساختاري در نرم افزار ايموس مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته‌ها و نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج بيانگر آن است كه ضريب تأثير شاخص امنيت اقتصادي بر بازآفريني شهري برابر با 27/0، ضريب تأثير شاخص امنيت اجتماعي بر بازآفريني شهري برابر با 19/0، ضريب تأثير شاخص امنيت كالبدي بر بازآفريني شهري برابر با 24/0، و ضريب تأثير شاخص امنيت فرهنگي بر بازآفريني شهري برابر با 22/0 مي‌باشد. بر اين اساس رابطه بين شاخص اقتصادي بر بازآفريني شهري برابر با ضريب 27/0 داراي بيشترين تاثير و تأثير شاخص اجتماعي بر بازآفريني شهري برابر با ضريب 19/0 كمترين ميزان مي‌باشد. كليدواژه‌ها

Aim and Background: In the process of urban regeneration, various variables should be taken into consideration, and their diverse impacts in this process should be evaluated, one of the most important of which is security and its stabilization. The present study is aimed at investigating the role of economic, social, cultural and physical security in urban regeneration in Kashan city. Research Method: The present research could be considered some sort of applied-developmental research. The study is of descriptive-analytical type. The statistical population in this study includes residents of Kashan city based on the 2016 census, and the statistical range of the whole region includes Kashan city. The number of statistical population is 364,482. The sample size based on Cochran's formula was 384. The research tool includes a 59-item questionnaire of two sections of security with 4 sub-categories (economic, social, cultural and physical) and urban regeneration with 40 and 19 questions, respectively. The validity of the questionnaire was form-wise and content-wise, and based on Cronbach's alpha of 0.83 its reliability was confirmed. The collected data were analyzed in "Imus", based on structural equation analysis. Findings and Conclusion: The results indicate that the coefficient of impact of economic security index on urban regeneration is to 0.27, the coefficient of impact of social security index on urban regeneration is 0.19, the coefficient of impact of physical security index on urban regeneration is 0.24, and the coefficient of impact of cultural security index on urban regeneration is 0.22. Accordingly, the impact of economic index on urban regeneration is the highest (0.27), and the impact of social index on urban regeneration is the lowest (0.19).
