بررسي تطبيقي نتايج روش‌هاي مختلف در سنجش اختلاط كاربري اراضي در شهر مشهد

A comparative analysis on the results of different methods in assessment land use mix in Mashhad

طي سال‌هاي اخير، اختلاط كاربري اراضي و توسعه‌ي تركيبي به يكي از حوزه‌هاي مهم پژوهش در مطالعات شهري تبديل شده است. يكي از مباحث مهم در ارتباط با اختلاط كاربري، چگونگي سنجش آن در مناطق شهري است. با توجه به اينكه در بسياري از پژوهش‌ها، اختلاط كاربري به‌عنوان يك متغير مستقل فرض گرديده كه بر ساير ابعاد زيست شهري تأثير مي‌گذارد، لذا چگونگي سنجش آن براي دست‌يابي به نتايج قابل‌اعتماد بسيار مهم است، لذا هدف اين پژوهش، ارزيابي نتايج روش‌هاي مختلف در سنجش اختلاط كاربري اراضي در شهر مشهد است. نوع پژوهش، كاربردي و به لحاظ روش‌شناختي داراي رويكردي تحليلي-تطبيقي است. داده‌ها از طريق بررسي اسنادي كاربري اراضي شهر مشهد گردآوري شده است. از چهار روش فرانك و همكاران، هرفيندال-هريشمن، سيمپسون و آنتروپي شانون براي سنجش اختلاط كاربري اراضي استفاده گرديد. نتايج پژوهش نشان داد كه چهار روش مورداستفاده در اين پژوهش را مي‌توان بر اساس نسبت مشابهت در نتايج، در دو دسته طبقه‌بندي نمود؛ روش‌هاي آنتروپي شانون و فرانك در يك طبقه و روش‌هاي تنوع سمپسون و هرفيندال– هريشمن نيز در طبقه‌ا‌ي قرار مي‌گيرند. بررسي‌ها نشان داد كه نوع روش مورداستفاده براي سنجش اختلاط كاربري اراضي مي‌تواند بر نتيجه‌ي به‌دست‌آمده تأثيرگذار باشد و بر اين اساس، ضروري است كه در بررسي اختلاط كاربري اراضي و مخصوصاَ زماني كه قرار است اين موضوع به‌عنوان يك متغير مستقل مهم در پژوهش مورداستفاده قرار گيرد، نوع روش انتخابي بايد با دقت و اهتمام بيش‌تري انتخاب گردد و به‌ويژه اينكه در صورت لزوم ضروري است از دو يا چند روش مختلف نسبت به بررسي وضعيت اختلاط كاربري اراضي اقدام نمود. در خصوص اين‌كه كدام‌يك از روش‌هاي چهارگانه مورداستفاده در اين پژوهش از قابليت اعتماد بيش‌تري برخوردار هستند، نمي‌توان پاسخي مطمئن ارائه نمود و بر اين اساس پيشنهاد مي‌شود كه در سنجش اختلاط كاربري، بر اساس ماهيت موضوعي كه در حال بررسي است، نسبت به وزن‌دهي به كاربري‌هاي مختلف بر اساس اهميت آن اقدام نمود.

In recent years, land use mix has become an important issue of ​​research in urban studies. One of the important issues related to land use mix is how to measure it in urban areas. Given that many studies have assumed land use mix as an independent variable affecting other urban life dimensions, Therefore, how it is measured is crucial for achieving reliable results. The purpose of this research was to evaluate the results of different methods in assessment land use mix of Mashhad. The research method is an analytical-comparative approach and the data has been collected through land use documentation of Mashhad and we use Frank, Herfindahl-Hirschman, and Simpson and Shannon entropy methods for measure land use mix. The results showed that the four methods used in this study can be classified into two categories based on similarity in results. The entropy Shannon and Frank methods are in the same class and the Simpson and Herfindahl-Hirschman methods are in the same class. Surveys showed that the type of method used to measure land use mix can influence the results obtained and therefore, it is necessary to consider land use mix, especially when it is to be used as an important independent variable in research, the type of method must be carefully and obsessively selected or two or more different methods were used to assess land use mix. We cannot provide a reliable answer as to which of the four methods used in this study is more reliable and Accordingly, it is suggested that weighting of different land uses based on its importance in measuring land use mix, based on the nature of the subject under consideration.
