چكيده فارسي :
مهاجرت همواره يكي از دلايل اصلي بشر براي سازگار شدن با مشكلات اطرافش بوده است. مهاجران افغانستاني بزرگترين جمعيت مهاجر ساكن ايران را شكل داده اند. حضور مهاجران افغانستاني در كنار مشكلاتي كه به همراه داشته ، فرصت هايي را نيز براي هر دو كشور به وجود آورده است. اين مقاله در صدد است با ديدگاهي توصيفي و تحليلي به شكل كتابخانه اي از منابع مختلف اينترنتي و غير اينترنتي به بررسي ظرفيت هاي مختلف اقتصادي، فرهنگي، فردي و سياسي حضور مهاجران افغانستاني كه در هم افزايي قدرت نرم ايران و افغانستان موثر است بپردازد . نتايج مطالعه حاضر نشان ميدهد كه حضور مهاجران و كارگران افغانستاني ميتواند در رونق توليد ، پيشرفت اقتصادي و پيوند دو ملت و ارتقاي طرفيت‌هاي فرهنگي هردو كشور موثر عمل كند. مهاجران روابط تجاري بين دو كشور را گسترش ميدهند، انتقال ارزش هاي فرهنگي را تسهيل ميكنند و در نتيجه منجر به هم‌افزايي قدرت نرم دو كشور در عرصه منطقه اي و بين المللي خواهند شد.
چكيده لاتين :
Migration has always been one of the main ways for a human to adapt to his problems. Afghan immigrants have formatted the largest immigrant population in Iran. The presence of Afghan immigrants, in addition to the problems, has also created opportunities for the country. This study seeks to examine the various economic, cultural, social, and political capacities of the presence of Afghan immigrants in Iran in synergy of soft power between Iran and Afghanistan with a descriptive and analytical perspective in the form of a library method of various online and offline sources. The results of the present study show that the presence of Afghan migrants and workers, is effective in the prosperity of production and economic development of both countries, expands trade relations with Afghanistan and attracts capital, plays a role in transmitting cultural values and increasing cultural relations between the two countries. As a result, it promotes synergy of Iran and Afghanistan’s soft power and enables the two countries to support each other in the international arena.
