بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود فرهنگ بهداشت، ايمني و محيط‌زيست در اماكن ورزشي

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Improvement of the Health, Safety and Environmental Culture in Sports Facilities

تحقيق حاضر با هدف بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود فرهنگ بهداشت، ايمني و محيط‌زيست در اماكن ورزشي طراحي و اجرا گرديد. تحقيق از نوع تحقيقات توصيفي- تحليلي مي­باشد. جامعه آماري تحقيق شامل مديران اماكن ورزشي آگاه به حوزه بهداشت، ايمني و محيط‌زيست، بودند كه تجربه كافي در عرصه ورزش و اماكن ورزشي دارا مي‌باشند. بر اساس شيوه انتخاب نمونه‌گيري گلوله برفي تعداد 18 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه تحقيق مشخص گرديدند. به‌منظور طراحـي چـارچوب مفهـومي تحقيق از نظريه سه‌شاخگي كمك گرفته شد. پرسشنامه تحقيق حاضر، شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. اين پرسشنامه بر اساس روش TOPSIS طراحي گرديده بود. به‌منظور اولويت‌بندي اين عوامل از روش تاپسيس استفاده گرديد. كليه روند تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌هاي تحقيق با استفاده از نرم‌افزار BT TopSis SoLver انجام گرديد. توجه به نتايج مشخص گرديد كه ايجاد نظارت بر رفتارها و عملكرد كاركنان و مديران اماكن ورزشي در حوزه HSE با ضريب 9745/0 مهم‌ترين عامل مشخص گرديد. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه متناسب‌سازي شرح شغل‌هاي كاركنان و مديران اماكن ورزشي با اهداف HSE با ضريب نزديكي 8649/0 و توجه به نگرش و مهارت‌هاي مربوط به HSE كاركنان و مديران در زمان استخدام و به‌كارگماري با ضريب نزديكي 8388/0 ديگر عوامل مهم بر بهبود فرهنگ HSE در اماكن ورزشي بودند. اين نتايج مي‌تواند در بهبود فرهنگ بهداشت، ايمني و محيط‌زيست در اماكن ورزشي مؤثر باشد.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effective factors on improving the health, safety and environmental culture in sports facilities. The present study is a descriptive analytical study. The statistical population of the study includes managers who have a good knowledge of the field of health, safety and environment, who have a lot of experience and experience in the field of sports and sports facilities. Based on the bullet selection, 18 individuals were identified as the sample of the study. In the present study, in order to design the conceptual framework of the research, three-branch theory was used. The research questionnaire included a researcher-made questionnaire. The questionnaire was designed on TOPSIS method. Topsis method was used to prioritize these factors. All data analysis process was performed using BT TopSis SoLver software. the result showed monitoring of the behaviors and performance of staff and managers of sporting facilities in the HSE area was identified as the most important factor with the coefficient of 0.7945. Also, the results showed that fitting the description of occupations of employees and managers of sporting places with HSE goals with a coefficient of 0.8650 and considering the attitude and skills of HSE employees and managers at recruitment and employment with a coefficient of near 8388 other factors It was important to improve the HSE culture in sports venues.
