چكيده فارسي :
امروزه با گسترش عمليات تروريستي در سراسر جهان و به دليل موقعيت ممتاز استراتژيكي ايران و برخورداري از منابع خدادادي سرشار، بررسي عملكرد سازه‌ها در برابر انفجار و آثار ناشي از آن از اهميت به سزايي برخوردار است. لذا شناخت تهديدات و نحوه‌ي مقابله با بمب‌گذاري و انفجار بر مهندسان سازه و زلزله الزامي است و مقاوم‌سازي سازه‌ها در برابر انفجار همچنان درحال‌توسعه‌ي روزافزون است. مهندسان و طراحان با توجه به مفاهيم پدافند غيرعامل قادر به طراحي، اجرا و مقاوم‌سازي ساختمان‌هايي با درجات اهميت بالا است به‌طوري‌كه در برابر اثرات ناشي از تهديدات نظامي و پيامدهاي انفجاري ناشي از انواع تهديدات؛ ايستايي خود را حفظ نموده و خسارت سازه‌اي و تلفات جاني به حداقل برسد. در اين مقاله سعي شده است خوانندگان را با مجموعه‌اي از اقدامات براي مقاوم‌سازي سازه‌ها در برابر انفجار و موج حاصل از آن، در جهت پدافند غيرعامل آشنا كند و به نحوه‌ي استحكام‌بخشي و روش-هاي مقاوم‌سازي سازه در برابر موج انفجار بپردازيم.
چكيده لاتين :
Terrorist activities are becoming widespread around the world. Because Iran is located in a strategic geographic location enjoying different natural resources, it is significantly important for structural and earthquake egineers to investigate the efficiency of buildings against explosions and their effects. Therefore, it is necessary to gather an understanding about different threats and how to counter-attack bombings and explosion. Structural retrofitting against explosions is also rapidly developing. Engineers and desingers can design, execute, and strengthen buildings of significant importance according to the concepts of passive defense so as to maintain building strengh against military threats and explosions and to minimize damages and casualties. This article makes an effort to introduce a collection of proceedings needed for strengthening structures against explosions and their waves in regards to the concept of passive defense. It also tries to elaborate on different approaches of strengthening and retrofitting buildings against explosive waves.
