بررسي رابطه مهاجرت در اثر خشك‌سالي و امنيت در شهرستان درميان

Examining the relationship between migration due to drought and security in the city of Darmian

ﺁﺏ ﻳﻜﻲ ﺍﺯ ﺑﺰﺭﮒ‌ﺗﺮﻳﻦ ﭼﺎﻟﺶ‌ﻫﺎﻱ ﻗﺮﻥ ﺣﺎﺿـﺮ ﺑﺸـﺮﻳﺖ ﺍﺳـﺖ ﻛـﻪ ﻣـي‌ﺗﻮﺍﻧـﺪ ﺳﺮﻣﻨﺸـﺄ بسياري از تحولات مثبت و منفي جهان قرار گيرد. خلأ بين توان تأمين آب و شدت تقاضا بحران‌آفرين ﺍﺳﺖ.جمعيت بسياري از روستاهاي مرزي شرق كشور به دليل بحران آب در حال كم شدن است. بسياري از روستاهاي مرزي شرق كشور به دليل بحران آب در حال خالي شدن از سكنه است و همين امر نوعي خلأ امنيتي در مرزهاي شرقي كشور در مرزهاي شرق كشور ايجاد مي‌كند. روند كاهش جمعيت در شهرستان‌هاي مرزي خراسان جنوبي مانند نهبندان، درميان ، سربيشه و زير كوه نمود دارد. در اين پژوهش سعي شده است با يك روش توصيفي-تحليلي مقطعي و استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخت به بررسي معناداري رابطه بحران آب و كاهش درآمد، كاهش درآمد و مهاجرت، مهاجرت و امنيت بپردازيم. نتايج به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده در بررسي نمونه آماري شامل 280 نفر از ساكنان بخش درميان و تحليل با آزمون T و تحليل واريانس گوياي وجود رابطه معناداري بين اين متغيرها است.

Water has turned to be one of the greatest challenges of the current century causing many positive and negative changes around the world. The gap between water supplies and the demand for water is creating a crisis. The population of many living in border villages at the eastern parts of Iran is decreasing due to water crises. Many inhabitants of these villages are migrating due to the water crises causing a security gap in the eastern borders of Iran. Population decrease in borderlines of South Khorasan province such as Nehbandan, Darmiyan, Sarbisheh, and Zirkooh is increasing. This article makes an effort to investigate the significant relationship between water crises and reduced income, reduced income and migration, and migration and security through a cross-sectional approach and a researcher-made questionnaire. The study population consists of 280 residents of Darmian. As indicated by the results of the study through t-test and variance analysis, there was a significant relationship between these variables.
