استراتژي جديد لارج در مديريت زنجيره تامين: راهي براي رسيدن به پايداري

New LARG Strategy in Supply Chain Management: a Way to Achieve Sustainability

زمينه: نظارت بر محيط زيست و بهبود پايداري همزمان با حفظ بهره‌وري و سودآوري به عنوان اهداف استراتژيك در كسب‌و ‌كار فعلي پذيرفته شده است. بنابراين ضروري است شيوه‌هاي مديريتي را اجرا كرد كه علاوه بر ارتقاي عملكرد و كارايي زنجيره تامين بر نگراني اقتصادي، زيست‌محيطي و اجتماعي متمركز باشد. هدف: هدف اين مقاله، ارائه رويكردي يكپارچه از شيوه‌هاي مديريت زنجيره تامين ناب، چابك، تاب‌آور و سبز (لارج) در صنعت قطعه‌سازي در ايران در جهت دستيابي به پايداري مي‌باشد. روش‌ها: مقاله حاضر با بررسي مطالعات انجام شده در مديريت زنجيره تامين ناب، چابك، تاب‌آور و سبز سعي در ارائه پيشنهاد رويكرد جديد لارج دارد. در اين مقاله، مدلي تحليلي- تركيبي مبتني بر ديمتل فازي و فرآيند تحليل شبكه‌اي فازي در جهت يكپارچه‌سازي شيوه‌هاي مديريت زنجيره تامين لارج در زنجيره تامين قطعه‌سازي در ايران ارائه شده است. با استفاده از ديمتل فازي روابط ميان معيارها و زير‌معيارها شناسايي و سپس با استفاده از فرآيند تحليل شبكه‌اي فازي وزن‌ها محاسبه و اهميت آنها مشخص گرديد. يافته‌ها: رويكرد يكپارچه مديريت زنجيره تامين لارج به ترتيب اولويت شامل: موجودي استراتژيك ‌(تاب‌آور)، توليد به‌موقع (ناب)، روابط با تامين‌كنندگان (ناب)، مديريت كيفيت جامع (ناب)، توانايي تغيير زمان‌هاي سفارش تامين‌كنندگان (چابك)، كاهش زمان تاخير (تاب‌آور)، حمل‌ونقل انعطاف‌پذير (تاب‌آور) و كاهش مصرف انرژي (سبز) مي‌باشد. نتيجه‌گيري: مطابق با يافته‌هاي تحقيق، استراتژي يكپارچه لارج براي دستيابي به پايداري در زنجيره تامين پيشنهاد شده است. حركت به سوي پايداري از طريق اجراي رويكرد يكپارچه مديريت زنجيره تامين لارج، يك استراتژي كليدي در صنعت قطعه‌سازي در ايران است.

Background: Environmental monitoring and sustainability improvement while maintaining productivity and profitability are accepted as strategic objectives in in current business. Therefore, it is necessary to implement management practices that not only improve the performance and efficiency of the supply chain. But also focus on economic, environmental and social dimensions. Objective: The purpose of this paper is to provide an integrated approach to the lean, agile, resilient and green supply chain management in automotive industry in Iran to achieve sustainability. Methods: This paper aimed to present a new LARG strategy by reviewing the studies on lean, agile, resilient, green supply chain management. This paper is presented an analytical-hybrid model based on fuzzy DEMATEL and fuzzy analytic network process for integrating of LARG supply chain management practices in the supply chain in automotive industry in Iran. Using the fuzzy DEMATEL, the relationships between the criteria and the sub-criteria were identified and then the weights were calculated by the fuzzy analytic network process and their significance was determined. Results: The integrated LARG supply chain management approach includes: Strategic stock (resilient), just in time (lean), Supplier relationships (lean), Total Quality Management(lean), Ability to Change delivery times of Suppliers order (Agile), lead Time reduction (resilient), Flexible Transportation (resilient), and to Reduce Energy Consumption (Green). Conclusion: according to the findings, LARG integrated strategy for achieving sustainability in the supply chain is proposed. Moving towards sustainability through implementing LARG supply chain practices is a key strategy in automotive industry in Iran.
