چكيده فارسي :
دفاع همواره يكي از دغدغه‌هاي اصلي هر نظام سياسي است. چراكه با امنيت ملي و بقاء كشور پيوند خورده است. دفاع كشور و تأمين امنيت ملي نيازمند چارچوب خاصي جهت اين مهم است. ديدگاه‌ها و انديشه‌هاي صاحب‌نظران و رهبران يك كشور مي‌تواند نقشۀ راهي را در جهت تحقق اهداف مورد اشاره ترسيم نمايد. اين پژوهش، انديشه‌هاي مقام معظم رهبري (مدظله‌العالي) در خصوص شيوۀ دفاع در نظام ج.ا.ايران را در قالب الگويي ارائه نموده است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر فايده و هدف از نوع تحقيقات كاربردي، از نظر رويكرد از نوع كيفي بر پايه پارادايم تفسيري و از نظر ماهيت و نوع مطالعه از نوع اكتشافي است. روش تحقيق اين پژوهش «داده بنياد» است، كه بر اساس آن و در راستاي اهداف پژوهش به صورتي هدفمند و نظام‌مند به‌گونه‌اي كه بتوان عصاره‌ي بينش فرماندهي معظم كل قوا درزمينۀ دفاع را استخراج، مفهوم‌سازي، مقوله‌سازي و سپس مدل‌پردازي نمود، مورد بررسي و تحليل قرارگرفته است. در همين راستا، در مرحله اول، تعداد 580 گزاره در قالب 245 مفهوم استخراج شد. در مرحله دوم 9 مقوله اصلي (عرصه دفاع، آمادگي دفاع، عناصر دفاع، مسئله دفاع، محيط دفاع، الگوي دفاع، مسئوليت دفاع، راهبردهاي دفاع و ضرورت دفاع) دسته‌بندي و احصاء گرديدند. در مرحله سوم مدل نظام‌مند از انديشه‌ي دفاعي فرمانده معظم كل قوا جهت تدوين دكترين و استراتژي‌هاي نظامي كشور در راستاي ايجاد بازدارندگي مؤثر ترسيم و ارائه گرديده است.

Defense has always been one of the main concerns of any political system, because it is linked to national security and the survival of the country. The defense of the country and ensuring of national security require a special framework. The views and thoughts of experts and leaders of a country can draw a roadmap to achieve these goals. This study presents the thoughts of the Supreme Leader as a model regarding the method of defense in the I.R. of Iran. This applied study has a qualitative approach based on an interpretive paradigm and its type and nature is exploratory. Based on the research method, Grounded theory, the extract of the vision of the Supreme Command of the Armed Forces in the field of defense can be extracted, conceptualized, categorized and then modeled. In this regard, in the first stage, 580 statements in the form of 245 concepts were extracted. In the second stage, 9 main categories (defense arena, defense preparedness, defense elements, defense issue, defense environment, defense model, defense responsibility, defense strategies and defense necessity) were categorized and counted. In the third stage, a systematic model of the defense thoughts of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces has been drawn and presented in order to formulate the doctrine and military strategies of the country to create effective deterrence.
