STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING OF ENHANCE FACTORS OF PRACTICAL RELEVANCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL RESEARCH IN THE IRAN’s PUBLIC SECTOR

مساله و هدف: هدف از تحقيق حاضر، ارائه مدلي بومي ارتقاء ربط عملي تحقيقات سازماني در بخش دولتي ايران مي باشد. روش: با توجه به اينكه تحقيق حاضر به دنبال ارائه مفهوم سازي و تكميل نظري پديده مورد مطالعه مي باشد از حيث هدف بنيادين بوده و راهبرد تحقيق، آميخته از نوع اكتشافي متوالي (كيفي – كمي) مي باشد. در مرحله كيفي از روش نظريه داده بنياد كلاسيك (رهيافت گليزر) و در مرحله كمي از رهيافت پيمايشي استفاده شده است. براي گرداوري داده ها در مرحله كيفي از مصاحبه نيمه ساختارمند و در مرحله كمي از پرسشنامه استفاده گرديده است. روش تحليل در مرحله كيفي كدگذاري داده ها و در مرحله كمي مدلسازي معادلات ساختاري به كمك نرم افزار PLS مي باشد. يافته ها: در مرحله كيفي « معنابخشي به محتوا » به عنوان مقوله اصلي شناسايي گرديده و مقوله هاي زيست بوم پژوهشي و خبرگي پژوهشگر به عنوان عوامل زمينه اي ، مقوله هاي مهارت مديريت پژوهش، جايگاه پژوهش در تصميم سازي كاربر و سلامت پژوهش به عنوان عوامل حاكميتي و مقوله هاي اقناع بهينه كاربر و عملگرايي در طرح پژوهش به عنوان عوامل رفتاري محقق، مرتبط با مقوله اصلي استخراج گرديدند. در مرحله كمي نيز تحليل هاي آماري حاكي از تاييد مدل تحقيق و روابط فرضيه سازي شده ميان متغيرها است. نتيجه گيري: چنين نتيجه گيري گرديد كه در اوج حساسيت هاي جامعه علمي و مديريتي كشور نسبت به موضوع شتاب علمي، بكارگيري مدل تحقيق مي تواند ربط عملي تحقيقات سازماني و شتاب علمي بخش دولتي را ارتقا بخشد.

Context: The purpose of the present study is to design native model for enhancing the practical relevance of organizational research in the Iran’s public sector. Methods: Considering that the present study seeks to provide conceptualization and theoretical completion of the phenomenon under study, the present is fundamental in terms of purpose and the research strategy is exploratory mixed method (qualitative - quantitative). a semi-structured interview was used in qualitative stage and a questionnaire was used in quantitative stage to data collection. The analysis method in the qualitative stage of research was data coding and in the quantitative stage is Structural equation modeling using the PLS software. Result: The results of qualitative stage indicate that "giving significance to content " has been identified as a central and the categories include the research ecosystems , researcher expertise , research management skill, research place in decision-making, Research Health , Optimal Persuasion of practitioners and pragmatism in the research design has been identified related with central phenomenon. statistical analysis in the quantitative stage confirms the research model and hypothesized relationships between variables. Conclusion: at the height of the attention and sensitivities of the scientific and management community to the necessity of scientific leap and acceleration, Using the model can enhance the practical relevance of organizational research.
