چكيده فارسي :
در اﻳﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﺷﻴﺮه درﺧﺖ ﭘﺴﺘﻪ وﺣﺸﻲ ﺑﻨﻪ( ﺑﺮ روي وﻳﮋﮔﻲﻫﺎي ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻜﻲ و ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﭼﻮب ﺻﻨﻮﺑﺮ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﭼﻮﺑﻲ ﺑﻪ دو روش ﺧﻼء-ﻓﺸﺎر و ﻏﻮﻃﻪوري ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖﻫﺎي 1، 3، 6، 9، 12 و 15 درﺻﺪ اﺷﺒﺎع ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻓﻴﺰﻳﻜﻲ و ﻣﻜﺎﻧﻴﻜﻲ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎي ﻣﺮﺑﻮﻃﻪ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻴﺸﺘﺮﻳﻦ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ وزن ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ و ﻣﺎﻧﺪﮔﺎري ﻣﺎده ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺘﻲ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 18/52 درﺻﺪ و 71/78 ﻛﻴﻠﻮﮔﺮم ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮﻣﻜﻌﺐ در ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺑﺎ روش ﺧﻼء- ﻓﺸﺎر در ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 15 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ در روش ﺧﻼء- ﻓﺸﺎر اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺷﻴﺮه درﺧﺖ ﭘﺴﺘﻪ وﺣﺸﻲ ﺟﺬب آب و واﻛﺸﻴﺪﮔﻲ ﺣﺠﻤﻲ ﭼﻮبﻫﺎي ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺪه را ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﻴﺐ 35 و 24/5 درﺻﺪ در ﻣﺪت زﻣﺎن 168 ﺳﺎﻋﺖ ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داد. ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺸﺎر ﻣﻮازي اﻟﻴﺎف در ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﺗﻴﻤﺎر ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ روش ﺧﻼء- ﻓﺸﺎر ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮ ﻣﺤﺴﻮﺳﻲ ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎي ﭼﻮﺑﻲ ﺑﺎ روش ﺧﻼء- ﻓﺸﺎر ﺗﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 3 درﺻﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪﺳﺨﺘﻲ ﺷﺪ اﻣﺎ اﻓﺰاﻳﺶ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻣﺎده ﺣﻔﺎﻇﺘﻲ از 3 درﺻﺪ ﺑﻪ 15 درﺻﺪ، ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ ﺑﻪﺳﺨﺘﻲ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﻫﺎ را ﻛﺎﻫﺶ داد. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻃﻴﻒﺳﻨﺠﻲ ﻣﺎدونﻗﺮﻣﺰ ﺗﻔﺎوﺗﻲ ﺑﻴﻦ ﻃﻴﻒ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﺷﺒﺎع ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎ ﺷﻴﺮه درﺧﺖ ﭘﺴﺘﻪ وﺣﺸﻲ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻧﺪاد و ﭘﻴﻚ ﺟﺪﻳﺪي ﻣﺸﺎﻫﺪه ﻧﺸﺪ ﻛﻪ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﻲدﻫﺪ ﺷﻴﺮه درﺧﺖ ﺑﻨﻪ در ﺗﺮﻛﻴﺒﺎت اﺻﻠﻲ دﻳﻮاره ﺳﻠﻮﻟﻲ ﺗﻐﻴﻴﺮي اﻳﺠﺎد ﻧﻜﺮده اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In this study, theeffect of Bane tree resin on the physical and mechanical properties of poplarwood was investigated. Wood samples were saturated by vacuum-pressure andimmersion methods with concentrations of 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15%. Physical andmechanical tests were done according to the related standards. The highestweight gain and retention of preservative material in vacuume-pressuretreatment were 18.52% and 71.78 kg m-3 respectively at 15%concentration. The results showed that the use of Bane resin reduced wateruptake and volumetric swelling of treated samples by 35 and 24.5% over 168 hrespectively in vacuum-pressure method. The compressive strength parallel to grain of the specimens treated withvacuum-pressure method did not change significantly. The hardness resistancesof the samples saturated by vacuum-pressure method were increased by increasingof concentration up to 3% and then by increasing the preservative materialconcentration from 3 to 15% were reduced. Infrared spectroscopy results did notshow any difference between the spectrums of Bane resin saturated sample andthe control sample. Any new peak was not observed in infrared spectroscopyspectrum that indicates the Bane resin has not changed the main structure ofthe cell wall.
