Performance Assessment of The First Year of New Teachers Graduated From Farhangian University: A Case Study of Kerman Province

هدف كلي پژوهش حاضر بررسي عملكرد سال اول تدريس نومعلمان فارغ التحصيل دانشگاه فرهنگيان بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. اعضاي جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل مديران، معاونين، نمايندگان معلمان و نمايندگان انجمن اوليا و مربيان، سرگروه هاي آموزشي، راهنمايان آموزشي و كارشناسان مربوطه در سازمان آموزش و پرورش بود. براي انجام نمونه گيري، از روش نمونه‌‌گيري خوشه‌اي چند مرحله-اي استفاده شد. در مجموع تعداد 125 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماري انتخاب گرديد. جهت گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. پايايي اين پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ 86/0 محاسبه گرديد. روايي پرسشنامه نيز به تأييد متخصصين حوزه تخصصي و كارشناسان آموزش و پرورش رسيد. نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد كه عملكرد دبيران در چهار بعد: طراحي و آماده سازي براي تدريس، محيط يادگيري اثربخش، آموزش مناسب به دانش آموزان، مسئوليت هاي حرفه اي معلمي مطلوب بوده است و در زمينه رتبه-بندي ابعاد عملكرد دبيران نيز نتايج نشان داد كه مسئوليت هاي حرفه اي معلمي، محيط يادگيري اثربخش ، طراحي و آماده سازي براي تدريس و آموزش مناسب به دانش آموزان در رتبه اول تا چهارم قرار دارند. همچنين نتايج نشان داد كه بر اساس نظرات گروه هاي مختلف عملكرد اين دسته از نومعلمان مطلوب بوده است.

The present study tries to study the first-year teaching performance of New teachers graduated from Farhangian University. The research method was a descriptive survey. The statistical population included principals, vice-principals, teachers' representatives and the representatives of the parent-teacher conferences, heads of educational groups, and relevant experts in the education departments. Sampling was performed by a multi-stage sampling method. In total, 125 people were selected as a statistical sample. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect information. The reliability of this questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.86. The validity of the questionnaire was also confirmed by education experts.The results showed that the performance of teachers are divided into four groups including design and preparation for teaching, effective learning environment, proper education for students, teacher professional responsibilities. These groups can be ranked in the following order: teacher professional responsibilities, effective learning environment, design and preparation for teaching and proper education for students. The results also showed that different groups believed that these teachers have performed properly.
