تبيين عوامل موثر بر اثربخشي عملكرد صندوق بيمه اجتماعي كشاورزان، روستاييان و عشاير (مطالعه موردي: شهرستان سروآباد)

جامعه روستايي و عشايري ايران به واسطه وضعيت خاص اكولوژيك و اقتصادي – اجتماعي حاكم برآن و همچنين داشتن سهم 26 درصدي از جمعيت كشور، با انواع مخاطرات مواجه مي‌باشد، از اين ضرورت و اهميت گسترش پوشش بيمه اجتماعي در راستاي توسعه همه جانبه و ماندگار مناطق روستايي، بارزتر خواهد بود. از مهم ترين اهداف شكل گيري صندوق بيمه اجتماعي كشاورزان، روستاييان و عشاير مي توان به تلاش در راستاي گسترش عدالت اجتماعي، كاهش فقر، محروميت زدايي از نواحي روستايي، توسعه و آباداني روستاها و ماندگاري جمعيت در نواحي روستايي از طريق ارتقاء سطح امنيت اجتماعي و اقتصادي اشاره نمود. موضوع پژوهش حاضر تبيين عوامل موثر بر عملكرد صندوق اجتماعي كشاورزان، روستاييان و عشاير در شهرستان سروآباد ميباشد.در فرضيات پژوهش تاثير عوامل اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و جغرافيايي بر صندوق بيمه اجتماعي كشاورزان، روستاييان و عشاير در شهرستان سروآباد بررسي شده است. اين مطالعه از لحاظ هدف كاربردي و از لحاظ روش شناسي از نوع توصيفي-تحليلي است. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 371 نفر انتخاب گرديد. اما از ميان پرسشنامه‌هاي جمع آوري تنها 126 پرسشنامه قابل بهره برداري بود. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات پرسشنامه مي‌باشد. تجزيه و تحليل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS انجام شده است. بر اساس نتايج بدست آمده عوامل اجتماعي (3.14) و عوامل فرهنگي (3.13) ميزان اثرگذاري آن ها بر صندوق بيمه اجتماعي كشاورزان، روسيتاييان و عشاير بالاتر از حد متوسط مي باشد و عوامل اقتصادي(2.65) و عوامل جغرافيايي(2.62) اثرگذاري پايين‌تري بر صندوق بيمه دارند.

This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of methodology. The sample size was selected using Cochran's 371 person formula. But only 126 questionnaires could be used among the collected questionnaires. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. Based on the results, social factors (3.14) and cultural factors (3.13) have an impact on the social insurance fund of farmers, Russians and nomads is above average, and economic factors (2.65) and geographical factors (2.62) have a lower impact on They have an insurance fund.
