تحليلي بر توزيع فضايي مراكز آموزشي و ساماندهي مناسب آن (مطالعه موردي: شهر پيرانشهر)

An Analysis of the Spatial Distribution of Educational Centers and Its Proper Organize (Case Study: Piranshahr City)

امروزه به دنبال گسترش شهرنشيني و رشد فزاينده جمعيت، شهرها با مشكلات متعددي از جمله عدم بهره‌مندي يكسان تمامي شهروندان از خدمات شهري روبرو مي‌باشند. در اين ميان خدمات آموزشي به عنوان يكي از كاربري هاي مهم شهري كه سطوح قابل توجهي از فضاي شهري را به خود اختصاص مي دهد با مشكلاتي چون كمبود، توزيع ناموزون و نامتناسب با نيازهاي جمعيتي، عدم رعايت همجواري ها روبه رو مي باشند. بر اين اساس هدف از اين تحقيق، تحليل پراكنش مراكز آموزشي در سطح شهر پيرانشهر و ساماندهي مناسب آن مي‌باشد. روش انجام تحقيق، تحليلي- كاربردي است. به منظور طبقه‌بندي و تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات مذكور از ميانگين نزديك‌ترين همسايه، شاخص Moran's I و مدل تحليل شبكه بهره گرفته شده است. براي انجام اين عمليات از نرم افزارهاي ARC/GIS و Super Decisions استفاده شده است. نتايج تحقيق بيانگر آن است كه مراكز آموزشي شهر پيرانشهر از نظر سازگاري با ساير كاربري ها و همچنين دسترسي شهروندان، داراي مشكل مي باشند. نقشه هاي حاصل از نتايج تحقيق، فضاهاي مناسب جهت احداث مكان هاي آموزشي جديد را پيشنهاد مي دهد.

Today, cities are faced with numerous problems, such as the lack of equal access for all citizens to urban services, due to the expansion of urbanization and the increasing population growth. In the meantime, educational services as one of the most important urban utilities that receive significant levels of urban space are faced with problems such as scarcity, disproportionate distribution and disproportionate demographic needs, lack of adjacency. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to analyze the distribution of educational centers in the city of Piranshahr and to organize it appropriately. The research method is analytical-practical. In order to categorize and analyze these data, the nearest neighbors average, Moran's I index and network analysis model are used. For this operation, ARC / GIS and Super Decisions software have been used. The results of the research indicate that the educational centers of Piranshahr have difficulty adapting to other uses and access. The maps from the research results suggest suitable spaces for the construction of educational places.
