Examining the Effect of BanksFacilities on Reducing CO2 Emissions Among Middle Eastern and North African Countries, the MENA Region

زمينه و هدف از آن جايي كه فعاليتهاي اقتصادي خصوصا فعاليتهاي اقتصادي انرژي بر از مهمترين عوامل آلوده كننده محيط زيست در كشورهاي درحال توسعه و منطقه منا به شمار مي روند. از اين رو با توجه به اهميت موضوع اين مطالعه با هدف واكاوي اثر تسهيلات پرداختي بانك ها بر كاهش انتشار CO2 در ميان كشورهاي خاورميانه و شمال آفريقا موسوم به منطقه منا براي دوره زماني 2016-2000 انجام گرفته است. روش بررسي در اين مطالعه از روش پنل جهت برازش استفاده شده است. ميزان انتشار گاز دي اكسيد كربن به عنوان شاخص آلودگي محيط زيست به عنوان متغير وابسته و مصرف انرژي، آزاد سازي تجاري، توسعه مالي، تسهيلات پرداختي در بخش صنعت و در بخش كشاورزي متغيرهاي مستقل هستند. يافته ها: نتايج حاصل از تخمين مدل پانل نشان مي دهد كه ضرايب همه متغيرها در بلند مدت در سطح بالايي معنا دار بوده، علايم آن ها مورد انتظار و مطابق با مباني نظري موضوع مي باشد. روابط برآوردي، تاثير گذاري مثبت متغيرهاي؛ مصرف انرژي و آزاد سازي تجاري با ميزان انتشار گاز دي اكسيد كربن به عنوان شاخص آلودگي محيط زيست را نشان مي دهد، بعبارتي افزايش در مصرف انرژي و آزادسازي تجاري با افزايش ميزان انتشار گازدي اكسيد كربن به عنوان شاخص آلودگي محيط زيست همراه مي باشد. نتايج وجود رابطه منفي بين متغيرهاي؛ توسعه مالي، تسهيلات پرداختي در بخش صنعت و در بخش كشاورزي با ميزان انتشار گازدي اكسيد كربن به عنوان شاخص آلودگي محيط زيست را نشان مي دهد. بحث و نتيجه گيري افزايش در توسعه بازارهاي مالي، تسهيلات پرداختي در بخش صنعت و در بخش كشاورزي منجر به كاهش انتشار گازدي اكسيد كربن مي شود.

Background and Objective: Since economic activities, especially energy-intensive activities are one of the most important environmental pollutants in developing countries and the MENA region. Therefore, considering the importance of the subject, this study seeks to examine the effect of banks facility facilities on reducing CO2 emissions in Middle East and North Africa, known as the Mena region for the period 2016-2000. Method: This paper used Panel data. The results of the static panel model estimation that carbon dioxide emissions as an indicator of environmental pollution as a dependent variable are considered, shows that the coefficients of all variables are significant at high levels in the long run, their symptoms are expected and in accordance with the theoretical foundations of the subject. Results of a negative relationship between variables; Financial development shows payment facilities in the industrial sector and in the agricultural sector with emissions of carbon dioxide and carbon as an indicator of environmental pollution. Discussion and Conclusion: In particular, the increase in the development of financial markets, the payment facilities in the industrial sector and in the agricultural sector leads to a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions as an indicator of environmental pollution.
