هشدار زود هنگام مسايل و آگاهي‌بخشي اولين گام در چرخه سياست‌گذاري عمومي است. پيش‌ارزيابي موضوعات و پيش‌-نگري به سياست‌گذاران كمك مي‌كند كه بتوانند پيش‌‌فعالانه عمل كرده و در مقابل اتفاقات آينده، غافلگير نشوند. شگفتي-ساز كوويد19با شيوع و پاندميك شدن از جنبه‌هاي مختلف تاثيرات شگرفي بر جامعه بشري داشته است. در حال حاضر موسسات مشهور در دنيا از جمله مك‌كنزي، آلبرت كخ آلمان و مركز تحقيقات سياست اقتصادي در چين به‌دنبال پاسخ به اين سوال هسند كه در صورت طولاني شدن اين بيماري آثاري كه بر جامعه بشري خواهد گذاشت چه خواهد بود؟ در اين مقاله سعي شده است كه با استفاده از روش استيپ و استفاده از منابع معتبر وبابررسي ابعاد مختلف اجتماعي، اقتصادي، زيست محيطي وفناورانه و ارايه راهكارهاي سياستي به اين پرسش پاسخ دهيم. نتيجه پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه اين رويداد آثار مثبت و منفي متعددي داشته كه بيش از همه آثار اقتصادي آن مشهود است و از طرف ديگر اين پديده موجب شده كه وجه مثبت فناوري و فضاي مجازي قوت بگيرد و به ‌لحاظ زيست‌محيطي زمين فرصت نفس‌كشيدن پيدا كرده و از بعد اجتماعي و سياسي جلب اعتماد عمومي و ارايه وجوه سفيد و سياه ابعاد مختلف امور براي جامعه توسط سياست‌گذاران، درگير كردن واقعي طيف متنوعي از ذينفعان و انديشيدن به راه‌حلهاي بديل در حين تصميم‌گيري و رهبري پايدار مقابله با بحران راهكارهايي مهم براي فائق آمدن بر شرايط حاكم پس از كرونا است.

The results of this study show that this event has had many positive and negative effects, the most obvious of which are its economic effects, and on the other hand, this phenomenon has strengthened the positive aspect of technology and cyberspace, and in terms of the Earth's ecological environment. Breathing and socially and politically gaining public trust and presenting the white and black aspects of the various dimensions of affairs for society by policymakers, real engaging a diverse range of stakeholders and thinking of alternative solutions during decision-making and Sustainable crisis management is an important way to overcome post-Corona governance.
