چكيده فارسي :
سازمان ملل متحد هفتاد و پنج سال پيش، با مشاركت 51 كشور و با تجاربي آموخته از جنگ جهاني دوم، با هدف استقرار و پاسداري از صلح و امنيت بين المللي و احترام به كرامت بشري، پا به عرصهء وجود نهاد. امروز اين سازمان با 193 عضو، شش ركن اصلي و تعداد كثيري اركان فرعي و آژانس هاي تخصصي، به درخت تنومندي تبديل شده كه تقريبا در تمامي عرصه هاي مهم زندگي بشري اعم از حيات سياسي، امنيتي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي ايفاي نقش مي كند. بررسي كيفيت كنش گري و ميزان تاثيرگذاري سازمان ملل در نظام بين المللي پرتحول و نامطمين امروز، مستلزم مطالعات و بررسي هاي گسترده نقش سازمان ملل متحد در هريك از عرصه هاي يادشده و به كارگيري ابزارهاي دقيق ارزيابي ميزان پيشرفت ها مي باشد. موضوع زنان به عنوان نيمي از جامعه بشري و اساسا رويكرد جنسيتي، امروزه به عنوان مقوله اي حساس و مورد توجه كليه نهادهاي بين المللي، منطقه اي و داخلي مطرح مي باشد. عوامل متعددي در برجسته سازي رويكرد مزبور نقش داشته اند. سازمان ملل متحد از جمله نهادهايي است كه طي 75 سال گذشته در روند تحول مزبور، سهم بسزايي داشته و نقش بي بديلي ايفا كرده است. چگونگي و نحوه تاثيرگذاري سازمان ملل در تحقق اين رويكرد، سوال اصلي اين پژوهش مي باشد. بررسي ها نشان مي دهد كه سازمان ملل متحد از طريق تصويب اسناد معتبر بين المللي، تاسيس نهادهاي ويژهء زنان و برگزاري كنفرانس هاي جهاني با موضوع زنان، در تقويت رويكرد جنسيتي و هنجارسازي در مقوله زنان در عرصه هاي مختلف سياسي، اقتصادي و اجتماعي، نقشي پويا و فعال داشته و با جديت موضوع زنان را پي گيري مي كند.

Seventy-five years ago, the United Nations was founded to establish and maintain international peace and security and respect for preserving human dignity, with the participation of 51 countries and the lessons learned from World War II. Today, with 193 members, six main pillars and a large number of sub-pillars and specialized agencies, the Organization has become a big tree that plays a significant role in almost all areas of human life, including political, security, economic, social and cultural. Assessing the quality of the UN’s impact on the transformed and uncertain international system, requires extensive studies on the role of the UN in each of these areas and the use of accurate tools to assess progress.The issue of women who comprise half of human society and basically the gender approach is raised today as a sensitive issue which is considered by international, regional and domestic institutions. Several factors have played role in highlighting this approach. The United Nations is one of the institutions that has played a significant and irreplaceable role in this process over the past 75 years.The question that this research seeks to answer is: How does the United Nations influence gender approach? The United Nations has played a dynamic and active role in strengthening the gender approach and standardization in the subject of women, in various political, economic and social fields through the ratification of credible international instruments, the establishment of special institutions for women, and holding global events. In this way, the United Nations takes the issue of women seriously.
