چكيده فارسي :
پايداري ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎي ﺑﺰرگ زﯾﺮزﻣﯿﻨﯽ در اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﻣﻌﺎدن و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺗﻨﺶﻫﺎ و ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮﺷﮑﻞﻫﺎي اﯾﺠﺎد ﺷﺪه ﭘﺲ از ﺣﻔﺎري از اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ در اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج زﯾﺮزﻣﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻌﺪﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﻌﺪن ﺳﺮب و روي اﻧﮕﻮران در 125 ﮐﯿﻠﻮﻣﺘﺮي ﺟﻨﻮب ﻏﺮﺑﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن زﻧﺠﺎن ﻗﺮار دارد و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي ﺑﻌﻤﻞ آﻣﺪه، ﺳﺎﻟﯿﺎﻧﻪ ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ 120000 ﺗﻦ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ از ﺑﺨﺶ زﯾﺮزﻣﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﻌﺪن اﻧﮕﻮران اﻧﺠﺎم ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻌﺪن از ﺳﻪ ﺗﯿﭗ ﺳﻨﮕﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره، ﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎﺗﻪ و ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﺨﻠﻮط ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره و ﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎﺗﻪ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻨﮓ ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ و ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﮐﺮﺑﻨﺎﺗﻪ ﻧﯿﺰ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺖ را دارد. ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري ﮐﺎرﮔﺎهﻫﺎ و ﮔﺎﻟﺮي ﺗﺮاز 2741 ﻣﻌﺪن زﯾﺮزﻣﯿﻨﯽ ﺳﺮب و روي اﻧﮕﻮران ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺑﺘﻮان اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﮐﺎرﮔﺎه و ﭘﺎﯾﻪﻫﺎ را ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آورده و ﺗﺤﮑﯿﻤﺎت ﻻزم را ﻧﯿﺰ اراﺋﻪ ﻧﻤﻮد ﮐﻪ از روش ﻋﺪدي اﺟﺰا ﻣﺤﺪود ﺟﻬﺖ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞﻫﺎي ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﮏ ﺳﻨﮕﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر در دو ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره و اﮐﺴﯿﺪه، اﺑﻌﺎد و ﺗﺤﮑﯿﻤﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﺎرﮔﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺟﺎﺑﺠﺎﯾﯽﻫﺎي رخ داده در اﻃﺮاف ﮐﺎرﮔﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺰان ﮐﺮﻧﺶﻫﺎي ﺑﺤﺮاﻧﯽ و ﻣﺠﺎز ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﻪ ﺷﺪه از رواﺑﻂ ﺳﺎﮐﻮراﯾﯽ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞﻫﺎي اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪه ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎي دادهﻫﺎي ورودي ﻧﺸﺎن دﻫﻨﺪه وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري در ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻟﻨﮕﻪ ﺑﺎﻗﯽﻣﺎﻧﺪه در ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره ﺑﺮاي دو ﻋﺮض ﻟﻨﮕﻪ 5 و 10 ﻣﺘﺮي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ و ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ در ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره در ﻫﺮ دو ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﮐﺎرﮔﺎهﻫﺎ ﺑﺪون ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ. اﻣﺎ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻧﺎﭘﯿﻮﺳﺘﮕﯽﻫﺎ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد در ﺳﻘﻒ و ﻗﺴﻤﺖﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﮑﺲ ﺳﻮﻟﻔﻮره و اﮐﺴﯿﺪه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ، ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري ﻣﯽ-ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در ﮐﺎﻧﺴﻨﮓ اﮐﺴﯿﺪه و ﻣﺨﻠﻮط، ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺿﻌﯿﻒ ﺑﻮدن ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﺳﻨﮓ ﺑﺪون ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد ﻟﻨﮕﻪ ﺣﺘﻤﺎ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ از ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻧﮕﻬﺪاري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻧﻤﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The stability of underground mining spaces and the analysis of stresses and deformations created after explotiation have a particular importance in underground mine designe. Anguran lead - zinc mine is located 125 kilometers southwest of Zanjan city and according to the plan, at least 12,000 tons of ore will be extracted from underground section of it. this research investigate the stopes stability of 2741 level in underground Angoran mine in order to obtain appropriate dimensions of stopes and to provide the necessary support using Phase2d V8 software. For this purpose, in both sulfur and oxidized ore zones, different dimensions and supports of the stopes are determined by comparing the displacements around the stopes with the critical and permissible strain values calculated from the Sakurai relations. The results of the analyzes based on the input data indicate the appropriate stability condition in the sulfur ore. The impact of pillar in sulfur ore was investigated for two widths of 5 and 10 m, and the results showed that in both cases, the stopes were stable without support system. But due to discontinuities in the roof and parts that are mixed with sulfur and oxidized, a support system is needed. In oxidized and mixed ores, the support system should be used because of the poor properties of the rock the dimensions of the pillar.
