هدف از مقاله ي حاضر بررسي و ارزيابي مسيوليت بين المللي سازمان ملل در بحران يمن است كه به روش كتابخانه اي انجام شده است. سوال اصلي مقاله اين است كه بر اساس قواعد حقوق بين الملل و مقررات مربوط به مسيوليت بين المللي سازمان هاي بين المللي، مسيوليت سازمان ملل در موضوع يمن چگونه تبيين مي گردد؟ يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد: در جنگ يمن عربستان و متحدانش، مرتكب جنايت جنگي، جنايت عليه بشريت و نسل كشي شده اند. جناياتي مغاير با اهداف و مقاصد سازمان ملل متحد است. شوراي امنيت سازمان ملل متحد حداقل اقدامات مقتضي را به جهت توقف جنگ و توقف فوري اقدامات خشونت آميز در يمن انجام نداده است و در جهت حمايت از حمله كنندگان به يمن و ناقضان قوانين بين المللي عمل نموده و در راستاي تحريم همه جانبه يمن؛ قطعنامه صادر نموده، كه به دليل محاصره و تحريم گسترده، باعث وقوع جنايات دهشتناك بين المللي و همچنين قحطي گسترده شده است. سازمان ملل علاوه بر حفظ صلح و امنيت بين الملل با توجه به موقعيت حساس يمن، نسبت به حق تعيين سرنوشت ملت در يمن نيز مسيوليت دارد. اما در قطعنامه هاي گوناگون مشاهده مي شود كه تجاوز آل سعود به يمن ناديده گرفته است. و چشم به روي جنايات جنگي و نسل كشي در اين سرزمين بسته است.

The purpose of this paper is to examine and assess the UN's international responsibility in the Yemeni crisis, which has been carried out through library methods. The main question of the article is how to explain the responsibility of the United Nations on the issue of Yemen in accordance with the rules of international law and the regulations related to the international responsibility of international organizations? The findings show that in the Yemeni war, Saudi Arabia and its allies have committed war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide. Crimes other than those of the United Nations. The United Nations Security Council has not taken the necessary steps to end the war and immediately stop the violence in Yemen, to act in support of the attackers on Yemen and violators of international law, and to impose comprehensive sanctions on Yemen. It has issued a resolution, which, due to the siege and widespread sanctions, has led to horrific international crimes as well as widespread famine. In addition to maintaining international peace and security, the United Nations has a responsibility to determine the fate of the nation in Yemen, given the sensitive situation in Yemen
