مقايسۀ نگرش كانت و مطهري در خصوص مفهوم حق و تكليف

Comparison of Kant and Motahhari's views on the concept of right and duty

در باب سرشت، ماهيت و همچنين كاركرد مفاهيمي همچون «حق» و «تكليف» در طول تاريخ تأملات نظري زيادي صورت گرفته است. اين دو مفهوم در بطن معنايي خود نشاني از اجتماعي بودن بشر دارند. هدف مقالۀ حاضر بررسي تطبيقي رويكرد كانت و مطهري در باب نسبت حق و تكليف است. حاصل اين بررسي كه با روش هرمنوتيك مولف محور انجام يافت نشان مي‌دهد كه هر دو متفكر در زمينه‌هاي تاريخي نسبتا مشابهي يعني دوره روشنگري و انقلاب اسلامي ايران مباحثي قابل تامل مرتبط با حق و تكليف در آراي خود انعكاس داده‌اند. كانت تلاش مي‌كند تا با اتكا برعقل خودبنياد و بسط مفهوم عقلانيت و اولويت دادن به مقوله حق، مسئلۀ تكليف را نيز تعريف كند، اما مطهري با بهره‌گيري از دو نيروي عقل و آموزه‌هاي ديني اين دو مقوله را به شكل توامان و متوازن مطرح مي كند. با اين حال، دستاوردهاي كانت در زمينۀ تعريف مقولاتي چون آزاديبه مثابه حق و نسبت آن با امر مطلق زمينه‌اي مهم است كه بسياري از متفكران غربي و شرقي ازجمله مطهري از آن تأثير پذيرفته‌اند.

There have been many theoretical reflections on the nature, nature, and function of concepts such as "right" and "duty." These two concepts in their semantic heart indicate human sociality. The purpose of this article is a comparative study of Kant and Motahhari's approach to the relationship between right and duty. The result of this study, which was carried out by the author-centered hermeneutic method, shows that both thinkers have reflected in their opinions in relatively similar historical contexts, namely the Enlightenment period and the Islamic Revolution of Iran, related to rights and duties. Kant tries to define the issue of duty by relying on self-founded reason and developing the concept of rationality and giving priority to the category of right, but Motahhari uses the two forces of reason and religious teachings to combine these two categories simultaneously. an‎d raises a balanced. However, Kant's achievements in defining categories such as freedom as right and its relation to the Absolute are important contexts that have influenced many Western and Eastern thinkers, including Motahhari.
