پديده دزدي دريايي و تروريسم در منطقه درياي جنوبي چين، باعث توجه و حضور بيش از پيش دولتهاي ساحلي و قدرتهاي منطقه­اي در اين مناطق شده است. هر چند اين پديده در گذشته به عنوان يك چالش براي دولت‌هاي ساحلي به حساب مي‌آمد، اما امروزه با توسعه ابزارهاي امنيتي، اين فرصت به دولت‌هاي ساحلي و فرامنطقه‌اي داده شده تا به بهانه مبارزه با دزدي دريايي و تروريسم بين‌الملل، به دنبال اهداف غيرآشكار خود در اين منطقه باشند. هدف اين مقاله بررسي نگرش بين المللي در مواجهه با پديده دزدي دريايي درياي جنوبي چين مي باشد و در نهايت مشخص شده كه هريك از دولت­هاي منطقه و فرامنطقه رفتار متفاوتي نسبت به اين دو پديده از خود بروز مي دهند. پژوهش حاضر به روش توصيفي و تحليلي انجام گرفته است.

In response to this question, it was found that each of the regional and trans-regional powers behave differently towards these two phenomena are manifest.Descriptive and analytical study was conducted.
