چكيده فارسي :
مقدمه و هدف: تحقيق و مطالعه درباره اثرات درماني گياهان و استقبال مردم از اين گياهان، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. گياه بابونه يكي از گياهان پر كاربرد در طب سنتي است. بابونه، ازجمله گياهان دارويي است كه در طب سنتي و مدرن اثرات مختلفي براي آن ذكر شده است كه در اين مقاله، به بررسي مطالعات انجام شده در زمينه اثرات درماني بابونه پرداخته شده است.
مواد و روش ها: در اين مطالعه از مقالات معتبر علمي در رابطه با اثرات فارماكولوژيك بابونه، كه از سال 2000 به بعد در بانكهاي اطلاعاتي Pubmed، ISI Web، Scopus، Google Scholar، SID و Magiran استفاده شد و در جستجو مطالعات فارسي و انگليسي مد نظر قرار داشت.
يافته ها: در مطالعات باليني و تجربي اثرات درماني در بيماريهاي دستگاه گوارش، اعصاب و روان، مشكلات قاعدگي، خواص ضد التهاب، ضد ويروس، ضد ميكروب، آنتي اكسيدان، ضد اسپاسم، ضد درد و ضد سرطان و بهبود زخم براي اين گياه اثبات شده است.
بحث و نتيجه گيري: گياه بابونه در سرتاسر جهان بـه عنـوان گيـاه دارويـي مهم به رسميت شناخته شده است. مصارف مختلف ايـن گيـاه در درمان بيماريها از قديم و استفاده از آن در صنايع دارويي دليل ارزش و فوايد ارزشمند قابـل توجـه آن در دنيا است.

Introduction: Research and study on the therapeutic effects of plants as well as on people's acceptance of these plants has been considered. Chamomile (Matricaria Chamomile) is one of the most widely used plants in traditional medicine. Chamomile is one of the medicinal plants for which various effects have been mentioned in traditional and modern medicine. In this article, studies on the therapeutic effects of Chamomile have been reviewed.
Materials and methods: In this study, valid scientific articles, since 2000, on the pharmacological effects of Chamomile in Pubmed, ISI Web, Scopus, Google Scholar, SID and Magiran databaseshave been used, and Persian and English studies were intended in the search.
Findings: In clinical and experimental studies, the therapeutic effects of this plant on the diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, neuropsychiatry, menstrual problems, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antimicrobial, antioxidant, antispasmodic, analgesic and anticancer properties and wound healing have been proven.
Conclusion: Matricaria Chamomile is recognized worldwide as an important medicinal plant. The various uses of this plant in the treatment of diseases from ancient times and its use in the pharmaceutical industry are the reason for its noticeable worthiness and valuable benefits in the world.
