چكيده فارسي :
بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامي به مثابه نقشه راه و منشور انديشگي انقلاب در چلّه دوم حياتش است و مشتمل بر فرازهاي متعددي است كه پرداختن به هر يك از آن‌ها مي‌تواند و بايد آغازگر فصل جديدي در تاريخ انقلاب اسلامي باشد. براي تبيين هر چه مطلوب‌تر اين بيانيه راهبردي، بايد به اين پرسش كه منشور مهدويت برمبناي بيانيه راهبردي گام دوم انقلاب چيست؟ پاسخ گفت. از منظر حضرت آيت‌الله خامنه‌اي(مدظله‌العالي) به عنوان يك متفكر و انديشمند اسلامي، هدف نهايي انقلاب اسلامي رسيدن به تمدن نوين در زنجيره منطقي و مستمر است و براي تحقق آن بايستي پنج مرحله انقلاب اسلامي، نظام اسلامي، دولت اسلامي، جامعه اسلامي و تمدن اسلامي پشت سر گذاشته شود تا آمادگي براي ظهور امام عصر (عج) فراهم گردد. در انجام اين تحقيق از روش پژوهشي داده بنياد استفاده‌شده است. كشف چيستي و چگونگي تمدن نوين اسلامي منطبق با بيانيه گام دوم انقلاب در جهت زمينه سازي ظهور حضرت حجت (عج) را مي‌توان يافته اصلي اين مقاله دانست.

The statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution as a roadmap and the prism of the revolution in the second is its life, and includes many overseas to address each of them and must initiate a new season in the history of the Islamic Revolution. In this research, the research method of the Foundation data has been used. Discovering what and how the new Islamic civilization is in accordance with the second step statement of the revolution in the direction of the emergence of Hojjat (AS) can be found.
