چكيده فارسي :
از ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ و ﻣﻮﺿﻮﻋﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ در ﭼﻨﺪﯾﻦ ﺳﺎل اﺧﯿﺮ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎري را ﺑﻪ ﺧﻮد ﺟﻠﺐ ﮐﺮده اﺳﺖ، ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار و ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ آن در ﻋﺮﺻﻪ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺸﺎرﻫﺎي روز اﻓـﺰون ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ و ذﯾﻨﻔﻌـﺎن، ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎ ﻧﺎﮔﺰﯾﺮﻧﺪ ﺗﺎ ﻣﻼﺣﻈﺎت ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، زﯾﺴﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ را در ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ اﻋﻤﺎل ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺪل ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴـﺎﻧﯽ ﺑـﺎ روﯾﮑـﺮد ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺎﯾـﺪار ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ در ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب روﯾﮑﺮد ﮐﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳـﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﺟﻤﻊآوري دادهﻫﺎ، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎي ﻧﯿﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒـﯽ از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ )ﻗﻀﺎوﺗﯽ و ﺳﻬﻤﯿﻪاي( و ﻧﻈﺮي اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳـﺖ. ﺑـﺮاي ﺗﻌﯿـﯿﻦ ﺣﺠـﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧـﻪ از ﻣﻌﯿـﺎر اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ و ﺗﻌﺪاد 29 ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ 17 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮﻓﺖ ﺗـﺎ در ﻧﻬﺎﯾـﺖ و در ﮐﻨـﺎر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي اﺳﻨﺎدي، ﮐﻔﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﻈﺮي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎ و ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار اﻃﻠﺲ ﺗﯽ آي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ در ﺳﻪ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﺑﺎز، ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري ﻣﺤﻮري و ﮐﺪﮔﺬاري اﻧﺘﺨﺎﺑﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آن، ﻣﺪل ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ اراﺋـﻪ ﺷـﺪ. ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﻨﺠـﺮ ﺑـﻪ اﺳﺘﺨﺮاج 373 ﮐﺪ ﺑﺎز، 80 ﻣﻔﻬﻮم و 23 ﻣﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐـﻪ در ﻗﺎﻟـﺐ ﻣـﺪل ﭘـﺎراداﯾﻤﯽ ﺷـﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻘﻮﻟـﻪ ﻣﺤـﻮري ﻧﻈﺎمﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي ﮐﺎري ﭘﺎﯾﺪار، ﺗﻌﺎدل و ﺧﻮدﻣﺨﺘﺎري و ﺧﻮدﮐﻨﺘﺮﻟﯽ(، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻋﻠﯽ ﻧﻈﺎم ارزﺷﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺘﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ، ﺿـﺮورت ﺣﻔـﻆ و ﺗﻮﺳـﻌﻪ ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴـﺎﻧﯽ و ﻣﺴـﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤـﺎﻋﯽ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ(، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎ )ﺧﻠﻖ و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ آرﻣﺎن ﻣﺸﺘﺮك، روﯾﮑﺮد ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪي، ﺑﻪﮔﺰﯾﻨﯽ و ﻧﮕﻪداري و آﮔﺎﻫﯽ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ(، زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺣﺎﮐﻢ )ﺑﯿﻨﺶ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري، ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻫﻤﺮاﺳﺘﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ و ﺳﺮﻣﺎﯾﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ( و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪﻫﺎ )ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺮﺗﺮ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي، ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺮﺗﺮ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﺮﺗﺮ زﯾﺴﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ( اراﺋﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the present study is to develop a human resource management model with a sustainable organizational development approach. This research was conducted in the framework of a qualitative approach using Grounded theory research method. The statistical population of the study consisted of managers working in the electrical industry and were selected through theoretical and purposeful sampling (judgment and quota). Sample size was determined by theoretical saturation criterion, 17 people. Atlas TI software was used to analyze the data from the interviews and coding. Data analysis was done in three stages of open coding, axial coding, and selective coding and based on this, a qualitative research model was presented. findings of the research resulted in the extraction of 373 open source codes, 80concepts and 23categories, which were in the paradigm model including axial categories (sustainable working systems, equilibrium, autonomy and Human resource management systems), causal conditions (organizational and community value and management system, necessity of Maintain and Human Resource Development and Socio-Economic Responsibility and legal Responsibility), Strategies (Creating and Developing a Common Idea, Process Approach, Selection and Maintenance and Awareness), Governing Background (Sustainability Insights, Organizational Capability, Strategic Alignment and Organizational Capital), and ultimately Outcomes (Economic superiority Performance, superior social performance, and superior environmental performance).
