تاثير ابعاد رفتارهاي غيراخلاقي در زنجيره تامين در تداوم ارتباطات با نقش تعديل گر عدالت سازماني

The Effect of Dimensions of Unethical Behaviors in the Supply Chain on the Continuity of Communication with the Moderating Role of Organizational Justice

امروزه، سازمان ها به صورت فزاينده اي خود را درگير مسيله اي مي بينند كه آن را معماي اخلاقي مي نامند، يعني اوضاع و شرايطي كه بايد يك بار ديگر كارهاي خلاف و كارهاي درست را تعريف كرد، زيرا مرز بين كارهاي درست و خلاف بيش از پيش از بين رفته است. به طور كلي انسان ها در بعد فردي و شخصيتي داراي ويژگي هاي خاص اخلاقي هستند كه پندار، گفتار و رفتار آن ها را شكل مي دهد. پژوهش كاربردي حاضر با هدف تعيين تاثير ابعاد رفتارهاي غيراخلاقي در زنجيره تامين در تداوم ارتباطات با نقش تعديل گر عدالت سازماني به اجرا در آمده و از نظر روش، توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه مديران و كارشناسان داروخانه هاي شهر زنجان به تعداد 232 نفر و نمونه آماري 145 نفر كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران و به روش تصادفي ساده انتخاب شده است. داده هاي پژوهش از طريق پرسشنامه استاندارد كايناك و همكاران (2015) كه اعتبار و پايايي آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفته است، جمع آوري شد. نتايج آزمون پايايي و روايي پرسشنامه نشان مي دهد ضريب پايايي (آلفاي كرونباخ) برابر با 0.813 و ميزان روايي بر اساس تحليل عاملي (KMO) نيز بالاي 0.7 معني دار بوده و تاييد شد. براي آزمون فرضيه هاي پژوهش از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي و معادلات ساختاري از طريق نرم افزار amoss22 استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد رفتارهاي غيراخلاقي در زنجيره تامين همچون رفتار فرصت طلبانه، زيركانه و فريب كارانه با نقش تعديلگر عدالت توزيعي و رويه اي بر تداوم ارتباطات در داروخانه ها تاثير معناداري دارند.

Today, organizations are increasingly involved in what they call an ethical dilemma, i.e. situations in which wrongdoing and righteousness must be redefined as the boundary between right and wrong is blurred more than ever. In general, human beings have special ethical characteristics in the individual and personality dimension that shape their thoughts, speech and behavior. The present research is applied in terms of its objective and it is descriptive survey in terms of its methodology. Accordingly, it aims to determine the effect of the dimensions of unethical behaviors in the supply chain on the continuity of communication with the moderating role of organizational justice. The statistical population includes all managers and experts of pharmacies in Zanjan, Iran, i.e. 232 people, and the statistical sample is 145 people, selected using Cochran's formula and simple random sampling method. The required are collected through the standard questionnaire of Kainak et al. (2015). The results of the reliability and validity tests of the questionnaire show that the reliability coefficient (Cronbach's alpha) is equal to 0.813 and the validity rate based on factor analysis (KMO) is above 0.7, confirming its reliability and validity. Descriptive and inferential statistics and structural equations are used to test the research hypotheses using amoss22 software. The results show that unethical behaviors in the supply chain, such as opportunistic, subtle, and deceptive behavior, have a significant effect on the continuity of communication in pharmacies with the moderating role of distributive and procedural justice.
