چكيده فارسي :
هرزه نگاري كودكان در سالهاي اخير به تهديد فزاينده جهاني تبديل شده است. عواملي چون سهولت دسترسي به اينترنت، پنهان ماندن هويت مجرم، توزيع سريع وكم هزينه، نقش مهمي در اين افزايش داشته است. صنعت هرزه نگاري در ابعاد وسيعي بدون هيچ مرز و محدوده ايي بر روي شبكه‌هاي اينترنت وجود دارد. هيچ مبارزه و قانوني براي چنين پديده ويرانگر صورت نگرفته است و شايد هم توانايي مقابله با چنين گسترشي وجود ندارد. تحقيقات انجام شده در اين راستا حاكي از آن است كه هزاران سايت اينترنتي هرزه نگاري وجود دارد و هزاران نفر در روز براي تماشا وارد آن‌ها مي‌شوند. هرزه نگاري كودكان در اينترنت ممنوع است، ولي با اين وجود سايت‌هايي كه هرزه نگاري كودكان را نشان مي‌دهند، بسيار است. اين سايت‌ها مخصوص كودكان با گروه‌هاي سني متفاوت طراحي شده و ورود به آن‌ها كاملاً رايگان است. جرايمي مانند هرزه نگاري يا پورنوگرافي، آزار و اذيت اينترنتي و... كه به دليل عدم آگاهي رايانه‌اي اتفاق مي افتد، به دليل نبودن شيوه‌هاي نظارتي لازم به وقوع مي‌پيوندد. در اين زمينه افزايش آگاهي‌هاي عمومي به والدين در زمينه استفاده‌هاي كاربردي اينترنت و شناسايي اين فضاي ناشناخته بسيار ضروري است.

Child pornography has become a growing global threat in recent years. Factors such as easy access to the Internet, concealment of the offender's identity, fast distribution and low cost have played an important role in this increase. The pornography industry exists on a large scale without any boundaries on the Internet. There has been no struggle or law for such a devastating phenomenon, and there may not be the ability to deal with such a spread. Research shows that there are thousands of pornographic websites and thousands of people visit them every day. Child pornography is banned on the Internet, but there are many sites that show child pornography. These sites are designed for children of different age groups and access to them is completely free. Crimes such as pornography, cyberbullying, etc., which occur due to lack of computer awareness, occur due to lack of necessary monitoring methods. In this regard, it is very important to increase public awareness to parents about the practical uses of the Internet and identify this unknown space
