چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: درصد قابل توجهي از كودكان داراي پوسيدگي دنداني در جهان، نياز به خدمات دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني دارند و والدين كودك نيز در اين زمينه اطلاعات زيادي ندارند. هدف اين مطالعه بررسي آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد متخصصين كودكان شهر اصفهان در مورد دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني تحت بي‌هوشي عمومي در شهر اصفهان بوده است.
روش بررسي: اين مطالعه از نوع بررسي مقطعي بر روي 100 متخصص كودكان شاغل در شهر اصفهان انجام شده است. پرسشنامه خود ايفا شامل اطلاعات دموگرافيك پزشكان و 19 سؤال جهت بررسي آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد متخصصين كودكان در مورد دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني تحت بي‌هوشي عمومي توسط 100 متخصص كودكان تكميل گرديد. داده‌هاي خام وارد نرم افزار SPSS ورژن 23 گرديد و با آزمون آماري كاي– اسكوئر مورد تجزيه و تحليل آماري قرار گرفت.
يافته‌ها: 100 متخصص كودكان با ميانگين سني 7/5±1/44 سال (57% مرد) اين مطالعه را به پايان رساندند. 53% از متخصصين در مورد گروه هدف دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني و 42% در مورد راهكارهاي باليني مربوط به آن سطح آگاهي مطلوب و عالي داشتند. 66% متخصصين داراي نگرش مطلوب نسبت به بي‌هوشي عمومي و هزينه‌هاي آن بودند، در حالي كه 71% از آن‌ها سطح آگاهي والدين را در مورد دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني ضعيف مي‌دانستند. تنها 43% متخصصين در ويزيت‌هاي روزمره خود معاينه دهان و دندان انجام مي‌دادند و 17% آن‌ها تا به حال يك ارجاع جهت دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني داشتند. متخصصين مرد و 35 تا 45 ساله سطح آگاهي بالاتري در مورد دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني داشتند. نگرش و عملكرد متخصصين كودكان ارتباط معني‌داري با سن آن‌ها نداشت. در ضمن متخصصين مرد عملكرد بهتري در زمينه معاينه دهان و دندان و ارجاع جهت دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني داشتند (15/0P=).
نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد كه نياز به تقويت سطح آگاهي، نگرش و عملكرد متخصصين كودكان در زمينه دندانپزشكي بيمارستاني مي‌باشد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aims: A significant percentage of children with dental caries require, hospital
dentistry and their parents do not have much information in this regard. The aim of this study was to
determine the knowledge, attitude and practice of pediatricians in hospital dentistry in Isfahan Province.
Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional study was performed on 100 pediatricians working in
Isfahan. The self-administered questionnaire included demographics of doctors and 19 questions for
assessing the knowledge, attitude and practice of pediatric practitioners about hospital dentistry under
general anesthesia. Raw data were analyzed by Chi-square test using SPSS software version 23.
Results: 100 pediatricians with an average age of 44.1±5.7 years (57% male) completed the
questionnaire. 53% of the pediatricians had a high level of awareness about hospital dentistry and 42%
about its related guides. 66% practitioners had a favorable attitude toward general anesthesia and costs,
while 71% considered the parents' awareness were poor about hospital dentistry. Only 43% of
pediatricians performed oral examinations in their daily visits, and 17% had a referral for hospital
dentistry. Male pediatricians aged from 35 to 45 had a higher level of knowledge about hospital dentistry.
The attitude and practice of pediatricians did not have a significant relationship with their age.
Meanwhile, male pediatricians had better performance in oral and dental examination and referral for
hospital dentistry (P=0.15).
Conclusion: From the results of this study, there is a need for a serious improvement in the level of
knowledge, attitude, and practice of pediatricians in the field of hospital dentistry.
