مناسب سازي فضاهاي شهري با تأكيد بر نيازهاي افراد معلول جسمي-حركتي (مطالعه موردي: بلوار آيت الّله خميني شهر قديم هشتگرد)

توسعه و ايجاد محيط هاي مناسب شده و بدون مانع براي همه آحاد جامعه با ظرفيت هاي جسمي و حركتي، ذهني و رواني متفاوت اقدامي ضروري بوده و موجب ارتقاء كيفيت زندگي در هر جامعه، بخصوص در كشور ماست. مناسب سازي فضاهاي شهري، از جمله رويكردهاي عدالت محورانه در برنامه ريزي و مديريت شهري معاصر محسوب مي شود. هدف از اين پژوهش تحليل و بررسي تاثير كمي و كيفي حضور كم توانان جسمي-حركتي در بلوار آيت الّله خميني شهر قديم هشتگرد كه از خيابان هاي پر رفت و آمد و داراي تنوع كاربري فراوان مي باشد از منظر مناسب سازي و ارائه راهبردهايي بر اساس شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف در كنار محدوديت ها و فرصت ها در منطقه مورد مطالعه و الويت بندي معضلات موجود بر اساس استانداردها و پتانسيل هاي آن بوده است. روش شناسي انجام اين پژوهش از منظر هدف، كاربردي و از منظر چارچوبِ پژوهش، توصيفي-تحليلي است كه به شيوه پيمايشي انجام شده است. جهت ارزيابي كيفي از پرسشنامه استفاده شد. طبق خروجي نرم افزار spss ضريب 0/8 حاكي از روايي و اعتبار قابل قبول پرسشنامه داشت. يافته ها حاكي از آن است كه در حال حاضر بيشترين ميزان رضايت مربوط به فضاهاي پارك ها و كمترين آن مربوط به فضاهاي عمومي است

Developing and creating suitable and unobstructed environments for all communities of society with different physical, motor, mental and mental capacities is an essential step and promotes the quality of life in any society, especially in our country. Appropriate urban sprawl is one of the most important approaches to justice in contemporary urban planning and management. The purpose of this research is to analyze the quantitative and qualitative effect of disable persons presence on Ayatollah Khomeini Boulevard in the old city of Hashtgerd, which is a large and diverse street with high traffic flow. From the point of view of appropriateness and providing strategies based on cognition Strengths and weaknesses along with the limitations and opportunities in the study area and prioritizing existing problems based on standards and potential. The methodology of this research from the perspective of the purpose is practical and from the perspective of the research framework is a descriptive-analytical survey carried out in a survey method. Questionnaires were used for qualitative evaluation. According to the output of SPSS, coefficient of 0.8 showed validity and validity of the questionnaire. The findings indicate that at the moment, the highest level of satisfaction is with the parks' spaces, and the lowest is for public spaces
