Explain and Prioritization the Livability of Urban Region (Case Study: Zahedan City)

هدف پژوهش حاضر؛ تبيين زيست پذيري مناطق شهري (مورد مطالعه: شهر زاهدان) مي‌باشد. رويكرد حاكم بر فضاي تحقيق كيفي و كمي و نوع تحقيق كاربردي است. در اين مورد مطالعات جامعي در خصوص شاخص‌هاي تحقيق در محدوده مورد مطالعه انجام و سپس براي تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات، از تكنيك‌ FUZZY استفاده شده است. نتايج اولويت‌بندي ابعاد نشان داد كه وضعيت ابعاد خدمات و زيرساخت شهري و مديريت شهري در سطح مطلوب، وضعيت بعد تاريخ شهري در سطح متوسط و وضعيت ابعاد اقتصاد شهري و محيط شهري در سطح نامطلوب و كمي نامطلوب مي‌باشد كه اين نشانگر وضعيت زيست پذيري شهر زاهدان در سطح متوسط است. همچنين در استنتاج وضعيت شاخص‌هاي مورد مطالعه در تعيين زيست پذيري شهري هر يك از 5 منطقه‌ي مورد مطالعه در شهر زاهدان مقدار نافازي نهايي به عنوان خروجي سيستم استنتاج فازي در نرم‌افزار متلب براي منطقه 5 برابر است با 81/0 كه سطح زياد زيست پذيري شهري و براي منطقه 3 كه برابر است با 38/0 كه سطح بسيار كم زيست پذيري را نشان مي‌دهد

The results show that among the dimensions studied the status of services and urban infrastructure are at the optimal level, the state of the urban economy at an unfavorable level, urban management status at the optimal level, urban history at an moderate level, Urban environment at an moderate level, urban community at a slightly unfavorable level, then, Zahedan's livability status is at an moderate level. Also, the results of inferring the status of the indices studied in determining the urban livability of each of the 5 study areas in Zahedan shows that The final non FUZZY value as the output of the fuzzy inference system in MATLAB software for area 5 is 0.81, that it describes the high level of urban livability according to the studied indicators. For area 4 it is equal to 0.79, which shows a high level of urban livability. For area 1 it is equal to 0.51 that represents the average level. For area 2, it is equal to 0.41 which shows a low level and for area 3 it is 0.38, which shows a very low livability level. Among these indicators after determining membership function and normalization of data, according to the order of the indices studied and their status in each of the Zahedan towns, the importance of the spectrum is received in regions 5, 4, 1, 2, 3, respectively. Which we can see most of the physical development in Region 5 and the lowest in Region 3.
