مطالعه تطبيقي چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي آموزش عالي در دوران پاندمي كرونا در ايران و جهان

A Comparative Study of the Challenges and Opportunities of Higher Education in the Corona Pandemic in Iran and around the World

مقدمه: شيوع ناگهاني كوويد 19 نظام آموزش عالي جهان را تحت تاثير خود قرار داده است و باعث تغييراتي در شيوه‌هاي آموزش مرسوم در اغلب دانشگاه‌ها گرديده است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مطالعه تطبيقي چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي آموزش عالي در دوران پاندمي كرونا در ايران و جهان است. روش كار: پژوهش كيفي حاضر يك مطالعه تطبيقي بوده كه با استفاده از الگوي جرج بردي صورت گرفته است. مبناي مطالعه حاضر تحليل منابع به دست آمده از پايگاه‌هاي اطلاعاتيProQuest, Science direct, Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar در بازه زماني 2019 و 2020 بر اساس كليد‌واژه‌هاي كرونا،‌ آموزش عالي، چالش، فرصت است. نهايتاً از 44 مقاله جمع‌آوري شده 31 مقاله مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. تحليل منابع به صورت تحليل محتواي اسنادي صورت گرفت. يافته‌ها: بر اساس يافته‌هاي پژوهش حاضر، 28 چالش و 24 فرصت به عنوان چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هاي آموزش عالي در دوران پاندمي كرونا در ايران و جهان از تحليل محتواي منابع به دست آمد كه هر كدام در 6 مقوله تقسيم شدند. اين چالش‌ها و فرصت‌ها دو لبه متفاوت تاثير كرونا بر آموزش عالي محسوب مي‌شوند. نتيجه‌گيري: با توجه به يافته‌هاي پژوهش، توصيه مي‌شود مسئولين و مديران دانشگاه‌ها، تدابير و تصميمات مقتضي، قوانين و آيين‌نامه‌هاي مورد نياز در شرايط بحراني مانند كرونا را تدوين نمايند. همچنين بستر مورد نياز براي تغيير رويكرد آموزش سنتي به آموزش‌هاي الكترونيكي و تركيبي را در جهت اعتلاي آموزش عالي فراهم نمايند.

Introduction: The sudden outbreak of Covid 19 has affected the world's higher education system and has led to changes in conventional teaching methods at most universities. The purpose of this study is a comparative study of challenges and opportunities of higher education during the Corona pandemic in Iran and the world. Methods: The present study is a review study. Data using a systematic review of information resources in the databases ProQuest, Science direct, Scopus, PubMed, Google Scholar, in the period 2019 and 2020 based on the keywords Corona, ‌ Medical education, higher education, Challenge, opportunity was done. Finally, out of 44 collected articles, 31 articles were studied. Resource analysis was performed in the form of documentary content analysis. Results: Based on the findings of the present study, 28 challenges and 24 opportunities each were found in 6 areas of resource analysis that are considered as challenges and opportunities of higher education during the Corona pandemic in Iran and the world. These challenges and opportunities are two different aspects of the impact of Corona on higher education. Conclusion: According to the research findings, it is recommended that university officials and administrators develop appropriate measures and decisions, laws and regulations required in critical situations such as Corona. Also provide the necessary guidance to change the approach of traditional education to e-learning and combination education in order to promote higher education.
