شناسايي شاخص هاي رتبه بندي با رويكرد دانشگاههاي نسل سوم ( مطالعه موردي: دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك)

Identifying Ranking Indicators Based on Third Generation Universities Approach (Case Study: Macro-Medical Universities of Region One)

زمينه و هدف: هدف كلي پژوهش، شناسايي شاخص هاي رتبه بندي با رويكرد دانشگاه هاي نسل سوم دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي كلان منطقه يك بود. روش بررسي: اين مطالعه كاربردي با رويكردي مختلط بصورت كيفي و كمي انجام شد. در بخش كيفي از روش دلفي و در بخش كمي نيز از روش پيمايشي توصيفي استفاده شد. در بخش كيفي ، جامعه آماري شامل 10 نفر از اساتيد كه به روش نمونه گيري هدفمند و براساس قانون اشباع انتخاب شدند و در بخش كمي 320 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي طبقه بندي شده براساس فرمول كوكران از ميان 1851 استاد هيات علمي دانشگاه هاي علوم پزشكي به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. براي جمع آوري داده ها از دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. روايي و ميزان اعتبار ابزارها توسط اساتيد راهنما و مشاور تأييد شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS21 و PLS3.2 استفاده شد. يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد كه شاخص هاي رتبه بندي دانشگاه ها راهبردها، سازماندهي و رهبري، آموزش و فرهنگ، مالي، تعامل با محيط، عملكرد و كيفيت، فناوري و كسب و كار و مرجعيت و شهرت است كه مهمترين بعد فناوري و كسب و كار با ضريب 0/796 و مقدار R2 برابر 0/634 بيشترين تاثير را در رابطه با دانشگاه هاي نسل سوم دارد. ميانگين رتبه اي فريدمن نيز نشان دادكه بعد مالي با مقدار 5.49 داراي بالاترين ميانگين است. نتيجه گيري: بر اساس يافته ها تاثير شاخص هاي رتبه بندي بر ويژگيهاي دانشگاه نسل سوم معني‌‌دار شده است. كليدواژه‌ها

Background and Objective: The main objerctive of the current study was to identify the ranking indicators based on the characteristics of third-generation universities of macro Medical Universities in region 1. Methods and Materials: This applied study was conducted with a mixed approach using a qualitative and quantitative approach with exploratory design. In the qualitative section, the Delphi method was used, and in quantitative part, the descriptive survey method was applied. In the qualitative section, the statistical population consisted 10 were selected by purposive sampling method based on saturation law, and 320 faculty members were selected as the sample using stratified random sampling method based on Cochran's formula out of 1851 subjects. In order to collect the data, 2 questionnaires were used. The face and content validity of the tools were approved. To analyze the data, the SPSS21 and PLS3.2 software were used. Results: The results showed that ranking indicators had 8 dimensions of strategies, organization and leadership, education and culture, finance, interaction with the environment, performance and quality, technology and business and authority and reputation, among which the dimension of technology and business with a path coefficient of 0.796 and the R2 value of 0.634 had the highest impact on third generation universities and according to Friedman test, the first rank was given to the fiannce with a value of 5.49. Conclusion: The results of structural equation test showed that the impact of ranking indicators on the characteristics of the third generation university was significant.
