تبيين نظام جامع طراحي معماري نماهاي شهر تهران از ديدگاه مديران و طراحان

Explaining the comprehensive system of architectural design of Tehran facades from the perspective of managers and designers

اين پژوهش با هدف تحليل و ارزيابي طراحي معماري نماهاي شهر تهران به منظور تبيين نظام جامع و پاسخگو تعريف گرديد. روش اين پژوهش از منظر هدف، در زمره پژوهش هاي كيفي مي باشد كه به صورت مطالعات كتابخانه اي و برداشت هاي ميداني صورت گرفته است، پرسش نامه ها و مصاحبه هاي صورت گرفته تحت نظر خبرگان اين حوزه مورد سنجش، روايي و پايايي قرار گرفته و تاييد شده است، جامعه آماري به 2 بخش تقسيم گرديده است. بخش اول مديران شهري، كارشناسان و متخصصان مرتبط با موضوع طراحي معماري نماهاي شهري و بخش دوم طراحان و حرفه مندان حقيقي و حقوقي، اساتيد و دانشجويان معماري و طراحي شهري بوده اند. با توجه به اينكه جامعه آماري محدود مي باشد، لذا امر نمونه گيري از تمامي افراد در دسترس صورت گرفته است. در تجزيه و تحليل فصل چهارم با استفاده از روش دلفي در چهار گام و نرم افزار SPSS ، نسبت به ارائه اجزاي نظام جامع طراحي معماري نماهاي شهري اقدام گرديده است. نتايج به دست آمده حاكي از آن بود كه نظام جامع طراحي معماري نما به طور كلي شامل: 1- سند طراحي نماهاي شهري. 2- كميته هاي تخصصي در سطح مناطق كه موضوع هدايت و راهبري طراحي نماهاي شهري رابر عهده دارند. 3-برنامه اجرايي و زير ساخت اطلاعات مكاني كه شامل راهكار اجرايي نمودن مفاد سند مي باشد. 4- كميته عالي مديريت، برنامه ريزي و پايش و همچنين بخش ها و سامانه هايي كه به منظورپاسخگويي جامع موضوعات پيشنهاد گرديده است.

This study was defined with the aim of analyzing and evaluating the architectural design of Tehran city facades in order to explain the comprehensive and responsive system. The method of this research from the perspective of the purpose is among the qualitative researches that have been done in the form of library studies and field surveys. Questionnaires and interviews have been evaluated, validity and reliability and approved by experts in this field. Statistically, it is divided into 2 parts. The first part was urban managers, experts and specialists related to the subject of architectural design of urban facades and the second part were designers and real and legal professionals, professors and students of architecture and urban design. Due to the fact that the statistical population is limited, so the sampling of all available people has been done. In the analysis of the fourth chapter, using the Delphi method in four steps and SPSS software, the components of the comprehensive system of urban facade architectural design have been presented. The results showed that the comprehensive system of facade architecture design in general includes: 1- Urban facade design document. 2- Specialized committees at the regional level that are in charge of guiding and directing the design of urban facades. 3- Execution plan and spatial information infrastructure, which includes a solution for implementing the provisions of the document. 4. The High Committee for Management, Planning and Monitoring, as well as the sections and systems that have been proposed for a comprehensive response to the issues.
