ارزيابي عوامل ژئوپليتيكي موثر بر صنعت حمل ‌و نقل كالا با تاكيد بر تنظيم بارنامه و ارايه مدل مديريتي مبتني بر پايداري

Evaluation of geopolitical factors affecting the transportation and commodity industry with emphasis on adjusting the bill of lading and providing a sustainable management model

كشور ايران به لحاظ موقعيت جغرافيايي و سياسي، از مزيت ژئوپليتيك ويژه‌اي در منطقه و جهان برخوردار است از اينرو مي‌تواند با تكيه بر دانش متخصان بخصوص در زمينه حمل و نقل كمك شاياني به توسعه پايدار خود بنمايد. اين پژوهش با هدف ارزيابي عوامل موثر بر توسعه پايدار حمل‌ونقل با تاكيد بر تنظيم بارنامه انجام شده است. روش تحقيق از نوع پيمايشي و تحليلي است كه با استفاده از طراحي مدل مفهومي اوليه و تعيين ابعاد چهارگانه اصلي (رويكردي، مديريتي / اجتماعي، فرهنگي / محيط زيستي، اقتصادي) و نيز 19 مولفه (هدف) اقدام به تعيين روايي و پايايي مدل و برازش آن گرديد. مدل اوليه تحقيق با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاري (SEM) و با كمك نرم‌افزار Smart PLS2 مورد بررسي و آزمون قرار گرفت. نتايج نشان داد «بُعد مديريتي» (ضريب مسير= 5227/0) بيش‌ترين اثر را بر الگوي توسعه پايدار حمل‌ونقل كشور داشته است. سپس «بعد اجتماعي / فرهنگي» (ضريب مسير= 5097/0) و پس از آن «بُعد اقتصادي» (ضريب مسير= 4589/0) و در نهايت «بعد محيط زيستي» (ضريب مسير = 3324/0). مقدارR2 (9823/0) نشان از تأييد الگو مي‌باشد

In terms of geographical and political location, Iran has a special geopolitical advantage in the region and the world, so it can rely on the knowledge of experts, especially in the field of transportation, to contribute to its sustainable development. The aim of this study was to evaluate the factors affecting the sustainable development of transport by emphasizing the regulation of the bill of lading. The research method is a survey and analytical type that uses the design of the initial conceptual model and determining the four main dimensions (approach, management / social, cultural / environmental, economic) as well as 19 components (goals) to determine the validity and reliability of the model and It fit. The initial research model was tested using structural equation (SEM) method using Smart PLS2 software. The results showed that "managerial dimension" (path coefficient = 0.0527) had the greatest effect on the model of sustainable development of the country's transportation. Then "social / cultural dimension" (path coefficient = 0.5097) and then "economic dimension" (path coefficient = 0.4589) and finally "environmental dimension" (path coefficient = 0.3324). The value of R2 (0.9823) indicates the pattern confirmation.
