بررسي معيارهاي انتخاب همسر از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي مشهد

Study the criteria of choosing spouse from the perspective of the students in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences

سابقه و هدف: يكي از نگراني‌ها و دغدغه‌ها در جامعه و به ‌ويژه براي افراد در شرف ازدواج انتخاب همسر مي‌باشد. از اين‌رو آشنايي جوانان با معيارهاي اصيل و منطقي انتخاب همسر به‌منظور تشكيل خانواده‌اي سالم و كاهش تعارضات بين زوجين، ضروري به نظر مي‌رسد. لذا هدف از اين مطالعه، تعيين معيارهاي انتخاب همسر از ديدگاه دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي مشهد مي‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: اين مطالعه از نوع توصيفي و مقطعي بود كه واحدهاي پژوهش آن را 400 نفر از دانشجويان دانشگاه علوم پزشكي مشهد تشكيل مي‌دادند كه به شيوه خوشه‌اي و طبقه‌اي انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته‌اي بود كه با 42 سؤال معيارهاي انتخاب همسر دانشجويان را در 5 بعد ويژگي‌هاي خانوادگي، ظاهري، رواني، اقتصادي- اجتماعي و فرهنگي-مذهبي مي‌سنجيد. روايي آن به روش روايي صوري و محتوا و پايايي آن به شيوه آزمون-آزمون مجدد و همساني دروني بررسي و تائيد شد. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي اين مطالعه نشان داد كه به‌طوركلي مهم‌ترين معيارهاي انتخاب همسر از ديدگاه دانشجويان به ترتيب عبارت انداز: نداشتن نقص عضو ظاهري (76/6%)، صداقت (0/70%)، وفاداري (64/8%)، تفاهم فكري (61/3%)، زيبايي چهره (61/3%) و مقيد بودن به پوشش طبق عرف جامعه (54/2). از ديدگاه دانشجويان موردمطالعه معيارهاي انتخاب همسر در حيطه ويژگي‌هاي ظاهري به نسبت حيطه‌هاي خانوادگي، رواني، اقتصادي- اجتماعي و فرهنگي- مذهبي از اهميت بيشتري برخوردار بود. نتيجه‌گيري: ازآنجايي‌كه انتخاب همسر بر اساس معيارهاي صحيح از مهم‌ترين عوامل مؤثر بر ازدواج موفق هست؛ لذا به‌منظور حفظ و ارتقاء سلامت دانشجويان، پيشنهاد مي‌شود مسئولان و برنامه ريزان بستري را فراهم نمايند تا دانشجويان با معيارهاي اصيل فرهنگي، ديني و اجتماعي انتخاب همسر آشنا شوند.

BACKGROUND an‎d OBJECTIVE: Choice of spouse is one of the concerns of the society, especially for people who want to choose their spouse. Therefore, it is necessary for young people to become familiar with original and reasonable criteria of spouse choice, in order to form the healthy families and lessen intra-family conflicts. So, the aim of this study was to determine the criteria of spouse choice from the perspective of the students in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences METHODS: In this descriptive cross-sectional study,400 students of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, who were selected using stratified and cluster sampling methods. Data were collected using researcher-made questionnaire containing 42 questions on the criteria of spouse choice and measuring five dimensions including family, physical, psychological, socio – economic and cultural – religious characteristics. The reliability of questionnaire was approved by professors of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and Faculty of Education in Ferdowsi University, and its validity was approved using test – retest and internal consistency methods. FINDINGS: The results indicated that the most important criteria of spouse choice were: having no physical impairment (76.6%), honesty (70%), loyalty (64.8%), intellectual understanding (61.3%), facial elegance (61.3%) and bounding to wear according to the custom of the society (54.2%). Physical characteristic than others had great importance. CONCLUSION: Since the spouse choice based on correct criteria is the most important factor affecting successful marriage; therefore, it is suggested that the authorities and managers should plan a program for familiarity of students with original cultural, religious, and social criteria to maintain and develop the health of students.
