تحليلي بر مداخلات مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه اي در دانشجويان پرستاري: مطالعه مروري

An Analysis of Interventions Related to Professional Ethics In Nursing Students: A Review Study

سابقه و هدف: با توجه به نقش اخلاق در رشته­ پرستاري، انجام مداخلات مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه ­اي از دوران دانشجويي ضرورتي انكارناپذير است و نقش بسزايي در بهبود كيفيت خدمات درماني بيماران دارد. مطالعه حاضر باهدف پي بردن بر مداخلات مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه­ اي در دانشجويان رشته پرستاري انجام­ شد. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه از نوع مروري و روايتي (Narrative) است. جستجوي مقالات بدون در نظر گرفتن محدوديت زماني از پايگاه­ هاي اطلاعاتي PubMed، Ovid، IranMedex،CINAHL, PsycINFO, Elsevier, ScienceDirect با واژه‌هاي كليدي فارسي كدهاي اخلاقي، دانشجويان پرستاري و اخلاق پرستاري واژه­ هاي انگليسي Ethics, nursing students و Moral nursing ethics انجام شد. پس از جستجو، از سال 1980 تا 2020، 34 مقاله يافت شد كه از اين تعداد، 15 مقاله واجد معيارهاي ورود به مطالعه موردبررسي قرار گرفت. اين مطالعات بر اساس چارچوب مرور مقالات Sidani& Braden در 5 مرحله تحليل شد. يافته‌ها: محتواي مداخلات در 3­حوزه «اخلاقيات به‌طور عمومي»، «شناسايي مشكلات اخلاقي» و «توانمندسازي اخلاقي» انجام‌شده بود. در مطالعات موردبررسي از ابزارهاي مانند پرسشنامه محيط اخلاقي (Ethical Environment Scale)، ابزار ديسترس اخلاقي كرلي (Corley’s Moral Distress Scale) و پرسشنامه حساسيت اخلاقي (Ethical Sensitivity Scale) براي جمع­آوري اطلاعات استفاده‌شده است. طبق نتايج مطالعات،­ مداخلات آموزشي منجر به بهبود دانش، نگرش و عملكرد دانشجويان در ارتباط با كدهاي اخلاقي و همچنين بهبود برآيندهاي مرتبط با بيمار و سازمان مي­شود. نتيجه‌گيري: يافته ­ها نشان داد كه مداخلات مرتبط با اخلاق حرفه­ اي باعث اجراي كدهاي اخلاقي دانشجويان پرستاري در محيط بالين مي­شود. لذا مديران و اساتيد دانشكده­ هاي پرستاري مي ­توانند با برگزاري كارگاه­ هاي آموزشي براي دانشجويان، منجر به بهبود دانش، نگرش و عملكرد دانشجويان پرستاري شوند.

BACKGROUND an‎d OBJECTIVE: Considering the role of ethics in the field of nursing, performing interventions related to professional ethics from the student period is an undeniable necessity and has a significant role in improving the quality of patients' medical services. The aim of this study was to review the interventions related to professional ethics in nursing students. METHODS: This narrative review study was conducted to search interventional articles without time limit in Pub Med, Ovid, IranMedex, CINAHL, PsycINFO, Elsevier and Science Direct databases with Persian and English keywords such as ethical codes, nursing students and nursing ethics. After searching from 1980 to 2020, 34 articles were found, of which15 articles were selected based on inclusion criteria. These studies were analyzed in 5 steps based on a review framework of Sidani & Braden’s articles. FINDINGS: The content of the interventions was done in 3 areas: "Ethics in general", "Identification of ethical problems" and "Ethical empowerment". In all studies, standard tools such as the Ethical Environment Scale, Corley’s Moral Distress Scale and Ethical Sensitivity Scale were used to collect information. According to the results of the studies, educational interventions lead to improve students' knowledge, attitudes and practices related to ethical codes as well as improve outcomes related to the patient and organization. CONCLUSION: The findings showed that the interventions related to professional ethics lead to the implementation of ethical codes for nursing students in the clinical setting. Therefore, administrators and professors of nursing schools can improve the knowledge, attitude and practice of nursing students by holding training workshops for students.
