New Scientific Discoveries and Western Legal Laws in the Qur'an (A Review of the Writings of Fakhr al-Islam Mullah Mohammad Sādiq of Orumiyeh)

شهرت فخرالاسلام محمد صادق اروميه اي به سبب كتاب انيس الاعلام وي در دايره منازعات مسيحي اسلامي در دوره اخير قاجار است. كتاب ديگر او با عنوان بيان الحق المطلق هم به اين جهت كمك كرد. او از گستره دانش نقد مسيحي برخوردار بوده و سعي كرده است آنها را در آثار خود درج نمايد. بدين ترتيب، فخرالاسلام از چهره هايي است كه به هر روي، جايگاه شناخته شده اي در گفتگوهاي اسلام شيعي مسيحي دارد و دراين زمينه، تجربه اي از منازعات اسلامي مسيحي دوره اخير قاجار است. نويسنده، نوشتار پيش رو را با ارائه اطلاعاتي پيرامون فخرالاسلام و محتواي اطلاعاتي آثار و نوشته هاي وي، آغاز نموده است. در ادامه، انديشه هاي فخرالاسلام در باب علم نو و دين را كه در دو فصل از دو جلد اول و چهارم بيان الحق مطرح شده است، مورد واكاوي قرار مي دهد.

Fakhr al-Islam Mohammad Sādiqfrom Orumiyeh is famous for his book Anis al-‘Alām in the subject of Islamic-Christian conflicts during the late era of Qajar period. His other book, Bayān al-Haq al-Muṭlaq, also contributed to this aim. He has a wide range of Christian critical knowledge and has tried to include them in his works. Thus, Fakhr al-Islam is one of the figures who in any case has a well-known position in the Shiite Islam-Christian dialogues, and in this regard, he is considered an experienced figure of the recent Christian-Islamic conflicts of the Qajar period. The author has started the forthcoming article by presenting information about Fakhr al-Islam and the informative content of his works and writings. In the following, Fakhr al-Islam's ideas about modern science and religion, which are presented in two chapters of the first and fourth volumes of Bayan al-Haq will be expressed.
