بررسي جايگاه هوش اخلاقي در سبك زندگي اسلامي كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اردبيل

The Impact of moral intelligence in the Islamic lifestyle of the staff at the Islamic Azad University in Ardabil

اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش كار، توصيفي- پيمايشي مي باشد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق كاركنان بالاي 15 سال سابقه دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اردبيل تشكيل مي دهند. كه به تعداد 136 نفر است مي باشد و حجم نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري كوكران به تعداد 100 نفر تعيين شد. همچنين روش نمونه گيري تصادفي مورد استفاده قرارگرفت. به منظور اندازه گيري و بررسي موضوع از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است. براي تعيين روايي پرسشنامه پژوهش از روايي صوري استفاده شده است و براي برآورد پايايي پژوهش از روش آلفاي كرانباخ استفاده شده كه برابر با 932/. برآورد گرديده است. روش هاي آماري به كار رفته در تحليل داده هاي تحقيق براي تجزيه وتحليل داده هاي اين تحقيق از روش آزمون رگرسيون چندگانه (براي آزمون فرضيه هاي آماري) وآزمون تحليل واريانس فريدمن براي رتبه بندي هر يك از متغيرها استفاده شده است. يافته هاي تحقيق نشان ميدهد كه هوش اخلاقي در سبك زندگي اسلامي كاركنان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد اردبيل تاثير دارد.

This research in terms of purpose is applied and in terms of work method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research consists of employees with more than 15 years of experience in Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch. Sample size was determined 100 people by using Cochran sampling method. Random sampling method was also used. In order to measure and evaluate the subject, two standard questionnaires have been used. To determine the validity of the research questionnaire, face validity was used and to estimate the reliability of the research, Cronbach's alpha method was used, which is equal to 0.932. It has been estimated. Statistical methods used in the analysis of research data. To analyze the data of this research, were used multiple regression test and Friedman test. Findings show that moral intelligence has an effect on the Islamic lifestyle of the staff at the Islamic Azad University in Ardabil.
