چكيده فارسي :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزيابي بهبود كيفيت آموزشي مبتني بر فاكتورهاي مديريت بر مبناي ارزش هاي اسلامي انجام شده است.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر بر مبناي هدف، كاربردي و بر مبناي ماهيت داده‌ها نيز از نوع كمي بود. جامعۀ آماري شامل كليه مديران مدارس شهر تهران به تعداد 2800 نفر بود. براي تعيين حجم نمونه بخش كمي از فرمول كوكران استفاده شد. بنابراين 338 نفر از مديران مدارس به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. در اين پژوهش براي انتخاب نمونه‌هاي آماري از روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه اي چند مرحله اي استفاده شد. ابزار گردآوري داده ها در پژوهش حاضر پرسشنامه‌اي محقق‌ساخته بود. روايي و پايايي ابزار مورد سنجش و تاييد قرار گرفت. براي تحليل داده‌ها از آزمون‌هايي نظير تحليل عاملي تأييدي بهره گرفته شد.
يافته‌ها: يافته هاي حاصل از تحليل نشان داد كه عوامل ارزشهاي فردي، ارزشهاي اجتماعي و ارزشهاي راهبردي بر ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي در مدارس شهر تهران تاثير مي گذارند.
نتيجه‌گيري: بر اساس نتايج پژوهش حاضر ، توجه به عوامل مديريت بر مبناي ارزش هاي اسلامي بر ارتقاي كيفيت آموزشي در مدارس تاثير مي گذارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to evaluate the improvement of
educational quality based on management factors based on Islamic
values.
Materials and Methods: The present study was applied based on
the purpose and quantitative based on the nature of the data. The
statistical population included all school principals in Tehran with
2800 people. The Cochran's formula was used to determine the
sample size of a small fraction. Therefore, 338 school principals
were selected as the research sample. In this study, multi-stage
cluster sampling method was used to select statistical samples. The
data collection tool in the present study was a researcher-made
questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the instrument were
evaluated and confirmed. Tests such as confirmatory factor analysis
were used to analyze the data.
Findings: The findings of the analysis showed that the factors of
individual values, social values and strategic values affect the
improvement of educational quality in schools in Tehran.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the present study, attention to
management factors based on Islamic values affects the
improvement of educational quality in schools.
