Presenting the Astronomical Model of Health in the Comprehensive Health System of Islam

زمينه و هدف: با توجه به تأثيرپذيري «سلامت» از ارزش‌هاي هر جامعه، اهميت توجه به اين ارزش‌ها در طراحي مدل سلامت آن جامعه مشخص مي‌گردد. گرچه در جوامع مختلف نسبت به «سلامت» برخي ارزش‌هاي مشترك وجود دارد، اما اين اشتراك، نياز ما به ارايه يك مدل «سلامت» متناسب با مباني اسلام را برطرف نمي‌سازد. مواد و روش‌ها: روش مطالعه، توصيفي‌ـ تحليلي با رويكرد كتابخانه‌اي و تجزيه‌وتحليل داده‌هاست. يافته‌ها: بر اساس معرفت‌شناسي و هستي‌شناسي اسلامي، مدل نجومي «سلامت» ـ‌طبق يك منظومه حركت وضعي و انتقالي‌ـ بر پايه دو نوع رابطه قابل ارايه است: 1ـ رابطه طولي و عرضي: گاه بين ابعاد سلامت، نوعي رابطه طولي (علت‌‌ـ معلولي يا تقدم و تأخر) هست. اين رابطه، اصالت اين ابعاد را نسبت به يك‌ديگر مشخص مي‌سازد. ميان «سلامت معنوي» با ساير ابعاد سلامت رابطه‌اي «طولي» است يعني «سلامت معنوي» از اصالت بيشتري برخوردار است. ساير ابعاد سلامت(جسمي، رواني، اجتماعي) با يك‌ديگر رابطه‌اي «عرضي» دارند و در يك سطح هستند. طبق حركت وضعي، ماه (ابعاد عرضي «سلامت») پيرامون زمين (سلامت معنوي) مي‌چرخند. 2ـ رابطه دنيا و آخرت: از نظر اسلام با توجه به آينده حيات انسان، جهت حركت تمام ابعاد سلامت دنيوي بايد به سوي كسب سلامت اخروي باشد. پس حركت اصلي در اين مدل، حركت انتقالي است: سلامت دنيوي ـ‌سياره(سلامت معنوي) و اقمار آن(ساير ابعاد سلامت دنيوي)ـ به سمت ستاره (سلامت اخروي) حركت مي‌كنند. نتيجه‌گيري: الگوي جديد گرچه با الگوهاي نظا‌م‌هاي سلامت موجود نقاط مشترك دارد، اما داراي ويژگي‌هايي مانند گستره قلمرويي سلامت، پيوستگي ابعاد سلامت با يك‌ديگر و سطح‌بندي ابعاد سلامت مي‌باشد.

Background: Considering the influence of "health" on the values of each society, the importance of paying attention to these values in designing health model of that society is determined. Although there are some common values to "health" in different societies, this commonality doesn’t eliminate our need to provide a "health" model appropriate to Islam principles. Methods: The study method is descriptive-analytical with library approach and data analysis. Results: Based on Islamic epistemology and ontology, the astronomical model of "health"-according to a system of Earth's rotation and orbit-can be presented based on two types of relationships: - Longitudinal and transverse relationship: Sometimes there is a longitudinal relationship(cause-effect) between the health dimensions. This relationship determines the originality of these dimensions in relation to each other. There is a"longitudinal"relationship between"spiritual health"and other health dimensions, meaning "spiritual health" is more original. Other health dimensions are "transversely"related to each other and are on the same level. According to Earth's rotation, the moon (transverse dimension of "health”) revolves around the earth (spiritual health). - The relationship between the world and the hereafter: in Islam viewpoint, according to the future of human life, direction of movement of all aspects of worldly health, it must be towards achieving the otherworldly health. So the main movement in this model is Earth's orbit: worldly health -the planet (spiritual health) and its moons (other dimensions of worldly health)-move towards the star (otherworldly health). Conclusion: Although the new model has similarities with the existing ones, but has features such as the area of health realm, conjunction of health dimensions with each other and the leveling of health dimensions.
