شناسايي عوامل انساني و انگيزشي موثر بر آموزش دوره كارشناسي دانشگاه علوم دريايي امام خميني (ره) از منظر اساتيد، فرماندهان و مديران

Identifying human and motivational factors affecting the education of the undergraduate course of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy from the perspective of Professor, Commanders and Managers

تحقيق حاضر با هدف شناسايي و اولويت بندي عوامل انساني و انگيزشي موثر بر آموزش دوره كارشناسي دانشگاه علوم امام خميني (ره) انجام پذيرفته است. اين تحقيق بر مبناي هدف، از نوع «تحقيقات كاربردي» و بر مبناي ماهيت از نوع «توصيفي- پيمايشي» بوده كه از رويكردي «آميخته» برخوردار است. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش؛ شامل اساتيد، فرماندهان و مديران آموزشي- پژوهشي با مدرك تحصيلي حداقل كارشناسي ارشد بوده كه با استناد به جدول مورگان 80 نفر به روش نمونه گيري طبقه اي- تصادفي به عنوان جامعه نمونه انتخاب گرديده اند. به منظور گردآوري داده هاي مورد نياز جهت تدوين ادبيات تحقيق از «مطالعات كتابخانه اي» با استفاده از «ابزار فيش برداري» و در خصوص جمع آوري داده هاي واقعي نيز از «مطالعات ميداني» با استفاده از ابزار «مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته» و «پرسشنامه بسته» استفاده شده كه سيوالات آن ها از دو جنبه روايي ظاهري و محتوا به جهت روشن و بدون ابهام بودن گويه ها و همچنين كفايت كميت و كيفيت توسط خبرگان تاييد گرديده است. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ پرسشنامه نيز 0/914 بوده كه بيانگر پايايي بالاي آن است. برابر نتايج پژوهش؛ از ميان 51 گزاره اي كه از طريق «تحليل محتواي كيفي استقرايي» مصاحبه با خبرگان احصاء شده بود، تعداد 29 گزاره با تحليل آماري پرسشنامه (آزمون T تك نمونه اي) به عنوان عوامل انساني و انگيزشي موثر معرفي گرديدند كه در پايان با استفاده از «آزمون فريدمن» عوامل ياد شده اولويت بندي شدند و عواملي همچون؛ مهارت در تدريس استاد، ويژگي شخصيتي فرمانده، عدالت در معرفي استاد، پژوهشگر و فرمانده نمونه، داشتن دغدغه آموزشي فرماندهان، به عنوان مهم ترين عوامل موثر بر كيفيت آموزش شناسايي گرديدند.

existence Research; With the aim of identifying and prioritizing human and motivational factors affecting the education of the undergraduate course of Imam Khomeini Naval Academy has been done. This research is based on the purpose of "applied research" and based on the nature of the "descriptive- survey" type, which has a "mixed" approach. Statistical community of this study; including professors, commanders and educational- research managers with at least a master's degree who, according to Morgan table, 80 people were selected as a sample population by stratified- random sampling. In order to collect the data needed to compile the research literature, "library studies" using "Taking notes tools" and in order to collect real data, "field studies" using "semi- structured interviews" and "closed questionnaires" were used. They have been confirmed by experts in terms of apparent validity and content due to the clarity and unambiguity of the items as well as the adequacy of quantity and quality. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.914, which indicates its high reliability. Equal to the results of the research; Among the 51 propositions that were counted through "inductive qualitative content analysis" interview with experts, 29 propositions were introduced as effective human and motivational factors by statistical analysis of a questionnaire (one- sample t- test), which was finalized using "Friedman test". The mentioned factors were prioritized and factors such as; Skills in teaching the teacher, personality traits of the commander, fairness in introducing the teacher, researcher and exemplary commander, having the educational concern of the commanders were identified as the most important factors affecting the quality of education.
