Components and indicators joint operations training

يكي از اساسي ترين گام ها براي اجرا و تدوين برنامه آموزشي، اجراي صحيح آموزش است. اين تحقيق با هدف شناسايي مولفه ها و شاخص هاي مناسب براي اجراي آموزش عمليات مشترك ارتش جمهوري اسلامي ايران و تعيين چگونگي وضعيت موجود آن انجام شده است. تحقيق از نوع كاربردي است و داده ها با استفاده از روش هاي ميداني و كتابخانه تخصصي و با ابزارهاي اسناد و مدارك دست اول، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه گردآوري شده اند و اسناد مدارك ومصاحبه ها مورد تجزيه و تحليل كيفي قرار گرفته و پرسش نامه ها نيز با استفاده از آمار هاي استنباطي تحليل شده اند. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان مي دهد اجراي آموزشي عمليات مشترك در اجا شامل مولفه هاي: تدوين تقويم آموزشي، تامين امكانات و تجهيزات، هماهنگي امور آموزشي، سازماندهي، رهبري آموزشي، انتخاب اساتيد و مدرسان، مديريت امور مالي مي شود. شاخص هاي هر يك از مولفه ها در جدول پاياني آورده شده است. نتايج تحقيق نشان مي دهد در وضعيت موجود اجراي آموزش فقط مولفه هاي هماهنگي امور آموزشي، سازماندهي و مديريت امور مالي در شرايط مطلوبي قرار داشته و به ساير مولفه ها و شاخص ها توجه كافي نشده است.در اين مقاله علاوه بر بررسي هرچه بيشتر موارد فوق به احصا و واكاوي ديگر مولفه ها و شاخص ها شامل تدوين تقويم اموزشي، تامين امكانات و تجهيزات، انتخاب اساتيد و مدرسان و... نيز پرداخته مي شود.

One of the most important steps in implementing and developing a training program is the proper implementation of training. The aim of this study was to identify the appropriate components and indicators for the implementation of joint operations training of the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran and to determine the current situation. The research is applied and the data have been collected using field methods and specialized library and with the tools of first-hand documents, interviews and questionnaires. The documents of documents and interviews have been qualitatively analyzed and the question Letters were also analyzed using inferential statistics. The results of this research show that the educational implementation of joint operations in Aja includes the components: compiling an educational calendar, providing facilities and equipment, coordinating educational affairs, organizing, educational leadership, selecting professors and instructors, and managing financial affairs. The indicators of each component are given in the final table. The results of the research show that in the current situation of education implementation, only the components of coordination of educational affairs, organization and management of financial affairs are in good condition and not enough attention has been paid to other components and indicators. Other components and indicators are counted and analyzed, including the compilation of the educational calendar, the provision of facilities and equipment, the selection of professors and instructors, and so on.
